Raritan Bay Medical Center Physical Therapy

Nancy is a very Sweet & Nice Lady I would recommend (the staff is also very nice). She made me feel very comfortable with the duration of my therapy. They are also constantly sanitizing and cleaning the office. They are also very flexible with appointments and very communicative with any changes.

The physical therapist herself was very nice. The type of physical therapy that was given I don’t believe was done often so she did not seem to be very experienced with it. The front desk staff never returned my calls to schedule an appointment. Their communication was very poor. There’s always an issue with scheduling. Messages were never relayed. I’ve been waiting over a year to continue my therapy. Every time I call I’m told I will get a returned phone call. It has not happened yet. I am very disappointed and completely unsatisfied with their customer/ patient service.
