Spot Coffee

I’m giving 5 stars because since I started coming to SPOT. Alana speaks and greets me and every customer by name if they came before. You don’t get that everywhere. She is respectful, she should be manager! She runs that store when she is on shift very smoothly. I come to spot for the service that Alana provides. I’m a loyal member now with two spot cups lol.

A great place to get breakfast for both menu selection and atmosphere. Their breakfast sandwiches and milkshakes are very nicely done.

Spot Coffee is wonderful. A lovely space with some great food and coffee. Very chill atmosphere. My one small gripe is the food took a bit long to prepare and it could be that I was just hungry and anxious for my meal. Very delicious turkey wrap. The coffee was stupendous.

This is a huge big space for everything cool about coffee shops and the stuff that goes with it: beans, treats, cakes, and plenty of room to sip, talk, and work. The actual space is a former Chevy dealership with a balcony and different kinds of relaxation nooks. The staff are friendly and it seems peopled with diverse locals. The iced coffee did the job, the kid had a big apple juice, and we split a rice-crispy bar. Be sure to stop by and chill when you’re in the neighborhood.

First time here, and our experience was great! The food and drinks were delicious! Will definitely be back.

Delicious latte! I'm newer to Rochester, and I had never heard of Spot before. It was down the road from an appointment of mine, so I tried it out. SO good! Can't wait to try more of their coffee! Great employees as well!

I'm a regular.
I get a mucho black coffee and a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel.

I grew up in a small village.
We actually had an old time (circa 1900) soda fountain/ice cream/ restaurant. The staff knew every ones name.

When I come to the spot, I get such a feeling of warmth.
They know me by name. Know what what I get.

Especially, Alana Petronio.
She is so good at what she does.
She does everything with such, poise, attentiveness, calmness and accuracy and efficiency. No matter how busy, her level of service remains 100%.

I worked QA/QC in manufacturing settings for 42 years. I can't help but assess any place of business I walk into. I rate the spot nine out if ten.

If you had peanut butter and a wide range of cream cheese, you would be a ten!

Very good sandwiches BUT I think they make one of the BEST margarita pizzas of many restaurants I've tried. FRESH mozzarella and FRESH basil from a hot hot 🔥 pizza oven. It's a coffee place so that's unexpected but that makes it even better.

Awesome food . great location . me and my husband have date lunches there 3 to 4 times a week. They always know me by my order . That's what I love the most friendly staff , clean and I always enjoy my food

Lovely cup of coffee as always. My fiance and I got peppermint mochas and they were as good as anything else I've had there. You will never be let down with an espresso from this place.

Very nice, good iced tea, great desserts, exceptional service. A nice rest stop in the East ave area

The drinks were EXCELLENT. We got the berry protein shake, which was reported to be the BEST drink purchased in a loonnggg time and the cappuccino with toasted marshmallow syrup and oatmilk. I decided to try something that wasn't my standard latte and I did not regret it. Honestly I might change my drink of choice, I like the larger % of foam on the top. I'll try it again somewhere else to be sure it wasn't just a fire SPOT coffee drink, but I'm extremely surprised!

The only negatives were street parking and I was told the men's bathroom was out of soap.

Nice lovely outing for breakfast or brunch in Rochester downtown always come here with mom one of our favorite spots

I really liked this place, it was very spacious so there were tons of tables to do work at. It was a little hard to find outlets but not terrible. The coffee is really good and they have an extensive assortment of pastries and food items on the menu. I had the yogurt parfait which was made fresh and was really tasty. Will definitely come back again!

Able to accommodate even a big group, last minute, nice atmosphere. Limited menu and can be noisy, but location is in the center of everything

The space was so big and nice. The staff who served us was really nice. We got a nice treat. They have too many choices for the latte flavours!
The place was recommended to us by someone. I will definitely come again and try other stuff.

Amazing coffe, great place to relax and good food!

Good spot for remote work! Plenty of outlets and lots of spacious tables. I was there from 2-5:30pm on a weekday and it wasn’t too crowded.

Met my friend there for a quick bite. Loved the environment and service. Only issue was a few panhandlers walked in looking for change. It irked me a bit. Not really mgmt's fault. It's hard to be anywhere in Rochester and not run into them.
