I can't express enough how amazing the family is at Haniken Jewelers. I used them almost 2 years ago for my wedding band and Alex was very helpful. He helped me pick out the most beautiful band and made the experience stress-free. I just went back to make some changes to my engagement ring and although I was overwhelmed and anxious to make a decision, each and every one of them were patient with me. Alex helped me the first day I went and showed me a couple options. I then return several times after that overwhelmed to make a decision. Brian, Mike and Freddy were very understanding of my indecisiveness and made me feel very comfortable. They let me take as much time as I needed to make a decision and never once made me feel like they were trying to make a sale from me or lead me in a direction they felt was best for their business. They are a family business and know how to treat their customers. After going there 4 times in one week, I left with the most perfect ring. Haniken’s Jewelers in Woodbridge NJ has been our family jeweler for 30 years. Recently I sold them a piece of jewelry that I wasn’t wearing anymore. I highly recommend them. I was buying a necklace for my mom for her anniversary. I went to Tiffany’s and they were very short and. Did not explain any details about the quality of the diamonds my friend told me about this company. When I went there, they were so helpful. They took their time to explain all the features of the diamonds, the clarity, the quality, the karats, etc. They are highly professional and vey knowledgeable. My mom was very happy with her gift. I am happy to have learned so much about diamonds. I will be going back in two weeks to purchase another gift for my sister.

Haniken Jewelers is the best!! I bought my wife (then fiancé) her engagement ring at Haniken and I will continue to buy any jewelry or diamonds from Haniken. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and it’s so much joy walking in there. The selection of diamonds, watches and other jewelry is all high end top notch graded jewelry. Any issues with ring sizes, questions, or even if you lose the ring the staff at Haniken works with insurance (if you have!) to ensure they are delivering to their customer and will do their best be able to help you and replicate any damaged or missing jewelry. The family that runs and operates Haniken Jewelers are amazing. They treat you like family and their most important customer every visit. They remember who you are and go above and beyond with outstanding customer service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The original set of rings I bought for my wedding (at a mall jewelry store) were engraved poorly and two weeks before my wedding I was forced to return them. My husband proposed roughly 3 years ago, and he went to Haniken for the engagement ring! After the AMAZING service he was provided we quickly with no hesitation went to to work with Brian and his team for the wedding bands. We’ve been going to Haniken Jewelers for nearly 18 years and you cannot beat their selection, prices, and service. Let’s face it, buying jewelry can be intimidating, but not with Mike, Phyllis, Brian and the entire Haniken jewelers family. That’s because they treat you like family! I’ve learned from experience, don’t go trust anyone else with your jewelry purchases and repairs.

I went to Haniken on the referral of a friend of mine when I was looking to choose a wedding band for my wife. When I walked in, I was greeted and then asked what I thought my wife would like, and what I had in mind for a ring. After answering a few questions I was presented with about 20-30 rings to choose from. I was almost overwhelmed by their selection of rings, as they carry literally any type of ring you could think of. I spent a good bit of time looking at ones that I thought she would like best, at my own pace. I was very happy that although the salesman was making suggestions, he was not pushy. I made my selection, and was extremely pleased with the price. I saved several hundred dollars off what was listed, and even had it within my budget to pick her up a nice gift for Christmas as well. I would recommend Haniken to anyone who is looking to pick up a piece of jewelry, and not have a chess match with a jewelry shop in terms of quality or price.
