Some of the best coffee in the area! I have frequent appointments a few streets away and always make sure to stop in at Ugly Duck! Great staff and great coffee!

People are kind, laid neck and cool vibe. They do the streamer just right and remember your order beautifully. Nice spot.

This place is so UGLY 😏. UDC is always a great time. My favorite thing to order is the Spicy Eyes which is Spicy Hot Chocolate. Avoid going to Starbucks & Dunkin and please support this local establishment!

We loved our experience at Ugly Duck! The atmosphere was fantastic! Service was friendly and fast. I loved my oat milk mocha. It was super luscious:) I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good cup of coffee!

Might be the best oatmilk iced mocha latte, ever. Love their menu, service, and flavors. Huge fan of the vegan treats they stock from Black Cat Baking Co. - there was a blueberry 'poptart' that is missing in the photo because I ate it so quickly. Absolutely delish. 10/10!

Best coffee. Most inventive latte flavors, especially if you aren't looking for the overly sugared type. I had the "Everything Nice Latte" (ask for it!) & my other family members had the "Sun Salutation" w/ added Espresso shot. So yummy! Such a kind and knowledgeable staff. I just wish there was a bit more seating inside.

My favorite coffee shop in Rochester. Always friendly, consistent quality, cozy atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff when you’re feeling indecisive. My only complaint is that I don’t live closer so I could go more often.

Cozy little cafe where coffee is the core service. And it is excellent coffee at that. It’s a little space but is well laid out. Not a place to meet up with a crowd. But perfect for a chat with a friend over a delicious coffee. They have a selection of vegan baked goods, that can be a little hit and miss, and a good selection of single origin beans for this who like to brew at home. There is parking at the back and on the street and it is walking distance to The Little Theatre and a few other cute little shops.

Wonderful atmosphere and great coffee! The cashier was super kind and gave me and my partner several recommendations of things to check out in Rochester. Friendly and welcoming staff, and our coffee was the perfect pick me up.

The #1 best coffee shop in Rochester and that's a hill I'm willing to die on. Everything is always delicious and well crafted. You can't lose. Parking is sometimes tricky at busy hours, but it's worth it.

Excellent menu of lattes with very interesting and creative flavor combinations (without being too sweet----complementing instead of covering the taste of the espresso). I highly recommend the Spanish Harlem or the spicy mocha thing. Dog-friendly and very friendly staff.

First time visiting and I picked a caramel mocha to try out, I am so glad I picked this coffee combo, it taste just like a Milky Way candy bar! It wasn’t crazy sweet just the right temperature and really hit the spot. Each of person who I interacted with were so nice and friendly. I was meeting someone for work so there was a little space to sit and have my meeting, I like how they have named all the plants in the space. I will come back sometime, check this place out!

Get the Coffee Slush, you won't regret it. The Snug is good too if you're looking for something a bit less sweet and like a deep, dark coffee flavor with a little something extra. Staff were all great! I will definitely come again!

Best espresso I've had in town. Really friendly staff that were patient and informative. Even offered to steam milk cooler for a hot chocolate for my son. Drinks came out quick and were fantastic. Cute shop with a great homey aesthetic. Not sure where they get their pastries but they were great too

Been in twice, getting the "Spicy Eyes" drink.

Ingenious offering. Really liked the back heat after drinking...elevated the drink to a whole new level.

Service was great. Keeping this place in mind as a MUST to visit when I visit.

Solid cup of coffee in downtown Rochester. We had a couple of oat milk lattes and croissants. Fast friendly service and well prepared espresso drinks. Parking available behind the building.

Such a beautiful and warm coffee shop. The staff were kind and pleasant, we got a caramel latte with oat milk, a mocha with almond and a chocolate croissant! They have milk options and flavor options for those who need them. So many pastry and snack options. Whole bean available too.

Was in town on work for a few days and came here twice. Great cold brew. Not sure who they get their pastries from but the almond croissant was one of the best and freshest I’ve had in the states.
