I reached out to Ed at Triton to inspect and maintain my older A/C unit from 2009. Despite its advanced age, he let me know it was in fine condition and no need to replace. With regular maintenance, it should continue to perform well. I appreciate Ed's honesty and assurance that a new unit was not necessary and that Triton would monitor the diagnostics for us year to year, as well. I highly recommend Ed and the staff at Triton. I have confidence in their experience and will refer them for their excellent service, reliability and honesty.

Triton is the best! They are responsive, helpful and friendly. John Cabot has installed our kitchen faucet, water filter, fixed a leaky faucet in our laundry room and repaired a leak in our guest bath. We call John whenever we need plumbing assistance or advice. You cannot go wrong!

My experience with Triton has been outstanding.  John came over and in 15 mins  diagnosed a leak that previous plumbers could not.   He then fixed it in a timely manor and was super respectful of my home.  He wore booties and made sure to keep a clean working area.

In 2017, we called Triton because our ac had a problem. I confess that I am obsessed with air conditioning. So this was a big issue for me. Triton’s technician came within an hour. He stayed until everything worked perfectly (that included him driving back and forth to their shop to get a particular part).

Triton impressed us so much that we signed a service contract. Now Reggie comes twice a year (he prepares the ac in April; he gives the Heat its check-up in October). We plan the renew the contract forever (as long as we’re lucky enough to live here 😀).

Peter came to our house to service our furnace which was having trouble regularly regulating the heat throughout the house. Peter kept us informed throughout his entire visit and after he re-calibrated our system and cleaned out sensors, we noticed a complete difference with the temperature just in time for the below freezing temps we’ve had recently. Thank you Peter!

I called because I had no heat. The technician was here within one half hour. Andres Alvarenga was so polite and courteous. He went right to work and he got the heat going. I was so pleased, he did a checkup on the furnace so I wouldn’t have a problem later. All I can say is thank you so much. I also like that they tell you who is coming in advance which is a comfort.

Reggie our technician was punctual, knowledgable, professional and resolved our issue. He thoroughly checked our recently installed HVAC unit and Winterized for this upcoming season.
