Grandview Barbell

Scheduled a "drop-in" while I was in town for the weekend. I've been to many gyms and fitness facilities in the country and this has everything. Excellent, friendly, welcoming staff and clientele. clean, organized facility with tons of steel, every bar, attachment, device, machine needed for workouts of all styles. I did a self directed workout in the Grandview barbell area and a group workout on the Grandview Crossfit side on my second day. The class was well run and organized. Coach was engaged, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ample space for the workout and efficiently run for large group workouts. Workout was well thought out and planned. Top tier fitness facility and great friendly culture. Would recommend to athletes of all levels!

Kind of obsessed with Grandview Barbell. They have the best equipment (both cardio and strength), and are open 24 hours if you want to get in a workout on your own. But the real draw is the classes. They have Power Hour for people who want to become stronger power lifters, and Rev for people wanting to push their cardio endurance. I like to do both at least once a week! Coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and the programming is top-notch. You will get stronger and fitter if you do their classes!

I love the classes at barbell! REV is perfect for a butt kicking cardio/strength class and adaptable to everyone’s needs. I recently had surgery on my arm and was in a sling for 6 weeks, followed by 4 more weeks of limited mobility. I was able to modify the workouts as needed and remain active! Power Hour is great for those looking to build strength and do so with a great group of people! The best part is the 24 hour key-fob access so if I miss a class I can still get in there when it’s convenient for my schedule and do the workout on my own!!

A great 24 x 7 gym for training, the strength and endurance coaching classes run here are really great to help people achieve their personal goals. They have paid VO2 max testing functionality also.

They've got everything you need, and more. They keep their equipment clean, and update/upgrade equipment whenever it's needed. I love to call this place my Gym Home!

Great strength gym that is affiliated with Grandview CrossFit. Members have 24x7 access. Strength program with numerous daily classes are lead by a great Coach. Plus the Rev class (cardio / metcon) is a great alternative to your daily CrossFit WOD. All classes are free to members.

Great gym, especially for those who are always not sure what time to get a workout in. 24/7 access with a key fob. The barbell class is on point and the people are chill!

Such a great place to workout! With their small class sizes you get to know everyone well while getting a great workout in.

Did my first class today, it was an amazing workout. Feels great to lift again. Great coaches!
