Love, love, love Max & Luna! Perfect place to pick up gifts for everything baby & toddler. My nephew is OBSESSED with their pajamas. They are the coziest!! The staff is so helpful and goes above and beyond with recommendations for the perfect gift. They offer adorable gift wrapping too!

Great selection of baby and kids clothes, toys and accessories! Lots of items that I’ve never seen anywhere else. Incredibly helpful & friendly staff always help me find what I need and are willing to assist with sizing & putting together gifts.

I placed an order online and received it one week after. It was well packaged. Overall a pleasant experience. Would visit their online store again!

The shop person was lovely and helpful. I just must have come in between deliveries since there was not much inventory for infants under 1 year. But they had very nice items and I appreciate the wrapping and presentation when giving a gift!! I would go again.

Beautiful store but gets 1 star for its lackluster service. Everytime I go in there I spend no less than $300/ 400 and I go in often enough I know the girl recognizes me. She answers with 1 word answers and barely makes an effort to help. I've asked for gift recommendations and she looks at me with a blank face.

There are other places to go shop. A little customer service would go a long way.
