Menards has some of the best prices around thanks to the 11% rebate program that is in place for most of the year. Menards also celebrates tools and such made in the USA by having Made in the USA sales periodically on products made in the United States. Very cool and appreciated.

Great sale going on, 15% off whatever fits in a brown paper bag, which you get inside the store. Most of our purchases fit in the bag. No coupon, just put it in the bag. This store has great associates. They always ask us if we are finding everything ok. Great displays and service. Nice product selection. Saved trip to the pet store because of the wide selection of products here.

I purchased a Chest Freezer. After setup I noticed it had a few small dents on the lid from shipping. I called the manager and told them that I had already loaded this chest up from a chest that had gave out. They discounted the chest, 15% for me. No hassles, No Problems.
I plan on shopping here more often.

Menards always has everything I need and their prices are usually cheaper than the other home-improvement box stores plus once you figure in the 11% rebate back it’s almost like a no-brainer. Sometimes the lumber pick up is a little more difficult. If you have to go around and get it out of the yard and check back out. However, once you know the process, it really goes pretty smooth if I’ve got a choice between Menards and the other three I know where I go.

Best store ever and offering 11% rebate on items we use and need everyday. Always find unique items didn't even know we needed and make their way in our cart. Love to walk around and dream of some of the projects we would love to do one day!

Probably the best Menards location I've been to so far. This Menards has everything from home improvement to groceries. Not to mention that there are 2 floors worth of the store. This location has a motorized cart ramp that goes up and downstairs, and also an elevator for large loads. Also, on some days, there is a deal where they give you a paper bag, and everything you can fit into the bag is 15% off. Definitely recommend checking out this location.

Menards is our go-to place for everything we need for our home. They have competitive pricing, weekly ads, and rebates on practically all inventory. The layout can be a bit overwhelming at first. Suggest doing your research beforehand and check the website/directory map for specific department locations. Once onsite, Employees will gladly provide customer service/directions.

Truly my favorite hardware store. I run a business and spend well over $20,000/yr on materials here. Can you guys please for the love of god get rid of that guy who plays the piano. I try to make sure I’m not there at peak hours so I don’t get a headache hearing it blasted over the whole store.

The best store ever. I just wish they would keep the train stuff out a little longer, they could have a spot upstairs. I love model trains. I went there to find a railing bolt for my front steps, and they did not have the part. Menards train cars are good but they should put out their cheaper cars more.

This Menards is one of the best. We still prefer and love in Columbus. Great layout, huge selection, and always great prices. Staff are always extra friendly here. Great out of season clearances too! Layout of showrooms is incredibly helpful and huge. Prices are all listed on pieces, which makes a bug difference.

Their prices usually beat HD and Lowes, even before the 11% discount. I've never had a bad interaction with anyone there, and I'm there a lot. Special shout out to Chris and Corey in paint. Had issues with a Wagner paint sprayer and they let me take a part off of one of the units on shelf, no questions asked.

Went in for furnace filters. Had several store credits to use and asked an associate how they could be used. Associate was extremely helpful. Also asked another associate where to find furnace filters. Was directed upstairs to the center isle. Found the filters I wanted right away, used the store credits to purchase the filters and was out the door. Great experience!

My husband and I were purchasing mulch and needed assistance regarding delivery. Andrea (manager) provided excellent customer service researching options and providing other valuable information to ensure our purchase went smoothly!

I was at Menards again yesterday and I received material money at the price according to the website, but the store price is 11% more. I didn't get enough to cover the 5 breakers I was purchasing so I sat one on a shelf. DO NOT DO THIS HERE they made me walk the entire store with them until I remembered where I sat this breaker. I understand they have to do something to cut theft but a quick peak in my purse and a look at my pockets could have told them I didn't take it. I should have handed it to the cashier and said I didn't want and that is what will definitely happen in the future but I was in a hurry and this did not help
