My grandson has autism, but his favorite thing to do is video games so we have been doing business with them first store at tri county then the one in Evendale. We have moved to another part of town but Evendale has always been so nice and helpful for well over 15 years I believe. Thanks for helping this grandma who knows nothing about video games!

So I called the store lookin 4 a digital Edition ps5 as I'm in route to the location and at first the guy said they only had 1 for like 600 and somethin dollars so as I'm gettin ready to turn back around in my Lyft he Calls me back and said They had the 1 I was lookin for and not only did he say they had it he was nice enough to hold it 4 me so I jus wanna say Thank you 2 ADAM 4 your great customer Service man💯😎

Wonderful staff with a great selection..Lots of deals and discounts for a wide variety of game consoles. Bought two PS4 games worth 20.00 each for just 9.99 each and they work great. Check it out.

Very friendly, great service!! Stopped in yesterday 3\16. They didnt have what I was looking for but she called a couple of stores and found it and had them hold it for me. She was very pleasant, friendly and helpful!

Sold a game there & hoped for @ least $7 & actually got $15! So my experience there was just dandy! Nice employees also. Its just nice to go to places where people r nice & don't hate there job, so cuz they hate there job we get rudeness.. Good job Game Stop!

I went here to buy a Horizon Zero Dawn and Breath of the wild dlc for my older brother as an early birthday gift. I also payed off my Mario Maker 2 pre order for my brother. And the staff wasn't bugging me. they noticed me come in and waited until I started looking and when I asked to help. They found the game in seconds. My only complaint is that they only had one copy of Horizon Zero Dawn in stock and it was the shelf copy that was open and unsealed. But he did tell me that and asked if it was okay. I said yes but looking back I should've bought the used copy. Even though like most used game store Gamestop doesn't clean their game cases but you can't blame anyone just really Gamestop themselves and other used video game store. But I did get a free PS4 theme with the new copy and looks cool. And the cashier who also help find the game made me confidenced that I should get Horizon for my brother since he love The Legend of Zelda Breath of The Wild saying that he that it was a good fit for him. Finally he gave me the idea to take a picture of the dlc code so if I losted it I will still have the code. I don't know how I was that dumb and never thought of that.

This is my most favorite game store! I buy games for my Nintendo 3Ds, Xbox 360, and even as birthday gifts to someone! If only they can lower the prices a bit, I would visit this more. The games here are just as I expected. I mostly have to buy pre-owned games as they are much cheaper than new ones. I recommend this place for game-lovers like me.

Great information wonderful customer service made my grandson very happy

My children got rid of a lot games that they had, the customer service person treated them with respect and gave them top dollar for their games. The facility was very well maintained.

I buy all my games digitally but when it comes to consoles and accessories I always go to gamestop specifically the evendale location. You might be able to find a cheaper deal online but returning consoles and accessories from online dealers is more trouble than it's worth, gamestop has always handled any defects quickly and politely number one in my books.

Very nice and friendly staff with a clean, and organized shop. One of the better GameStops I've visited.
