The Pizza Stop Pittsford

Came here today with my daughter to grab a slice while she had the day off. Neither of us were disappointed by the slices.

The cheese was perfectly done and the crust was thin with just the right amount of crispness after reheated in the oven. I will be coming back here for more slices in the future.

White pizza and veggie topped pizzas were available at the time we visited. Enjoy!

Worked late stopped order pizza to take home family and ate a slice while there. Chris and staff were kind and courteous. Pizza was delicious and cooked perfect.

Stop in for a couple slices at lunch. I was the a bit before noon and it was pretty quiet, but when the lunch crowd came in it got pretty busy!

I grabbed a couple slices and a drink for about $10. Both the white and the red slices were super tasty and the bottom had a slight crunch (just the way I like it!). Great NY style slice!

Best thin crust pizza I've had anywhere in the area. Service quick & friendly. Decor very cool graffiti art representing the 5 boroughs. Highly recommend dropping I'm for a slice!

I loved the sheet pizza I served to 7 hungry and uoung workmen so delicious with pepperoni, Italian sausage & meatballs served piping hot out of their oven! It had lots of cheese and was the very best! Try it soon at the Pittsford Plaza location! It will be a great experience in pizza perfection!

The best gluten-free crust ever! The Italian smell hits you when you walk in and makes your mouth water for their food. The pizzas tasted amazing, the whole family loved the food. We can't wait to go back! The staff is wondferul and knowledgeable about gluten-free.

This is the closest to authentic New York pizza that you can get by far in the greater Rochester area! The place is very nicely decorated and always clean. We recommend the buffalo chicken pizza. The prices are fair and the toppings are generous, I can't say too much about the service because we've only ever ordered takeout but the time it takes between ordering and the food being ready is standard.

My daughter and I shared an order of Garlic Knots and a small Country Sweet Chicken &Bacon Specialty Pizza. Both were excellent! We brought home 2 slices of pizza for lunch the next day!

Loved it. I finally had the opportunity to try this pizza, I heard a lot of it and they were right. I tried pepperoni bacon and garlic cheese. Thin crust. Plus they have 2 sauces that gave an extra special flavor to each slice yumm!

By far the best pizza in the area. I grew up outside NYC and it's the closest thing to real NYC pizza. Good variety too- kid loves the calzones. Only complaint is their hours don't seem to be consistent; several times I went to pick up some slices and they were closed in the middle of the day. Also, they're closed on Sundays- too bad, they'd get lots of business during football season.

I grew up here in Rochester and used to like the local pizza places. Then I lived in Manhattan for 15 years, and I was spoiled on good NYC pizza. When I moved back here to Rochester, I realized just how horrible the "pizza" I liked as a kid (Mark's, Salvatore's, etc.) was. I started searching the area and tried just about every pizza place within 20 miles. The Pizza Stop it's the only real, authentic NYC style pizza anywhere in the greater Rochester area. I only wish I had found it sooner... I skipped over it for about 5 years because the name makes it sound like it couldn't possibly be legit. But, it absolutely is.

I'm a pizza lover. This is the best medium to thin crispy crust pizza I have ever had. Toppings are good too. But the crust is king here! Been here more than a few times and always pleased with the results.

Our family loves this pizza! Big slices, lots of variety, easy pickup, and the garlic knots and cinnamon sugar "sweet" knots are the best! Their pizza tastes like what I had as a kid from the local, family owned pizza place in a small town, so hard to find! Yum! Great prices, Covid compliant, no complaints!

By far, Rochester's best Brooklyn-style pizza. The owners are excellent, hard-working people, the staff is always helpful, and the pizza is on point every single time. They are great for slices, whole pies, take out, and delivery. The Pizza Stop is my go-to place when I want to grab a couple slices and enjoy the real deal.

Moved to Rochester 25 years ago from downstate. I love Rochester, but, until I tried Pizza Stop, I haven’t had a decent slice of pizza. This pizza is REAL NY style pizza. The crust is thin. It’s not loaded with sauce and has the perfect amount of sauce.
I had a chance to talk to the owner who’s a “downstater” himself . Dave and his staff were great to talk to. I wish them the best of luck in their mew Pittsford location.

Pizza was delicious. We got a couple of slices and they messed up our order slightly. But they more than made up for it giving us extra slices for free. Excellent customer service and great pizza. Can't wait to go back

Perfect texture on the crust, foldable and absolutely delicious. Buffalo chicken was great and the pepperoni is the shining example of pizza everyone should strive for. The service was quick and friendly.

Best NY style slice in the area hands down. Crispy crust that didn't immediately flop down and fall apart (or resemble a loaf of bread cut in half with v8 poured on it). Not too much grease and loved the NYC style pepperoni. Don't get me wrong, I love the Western NY cupped pepperoni, but the classic NY style pepperoni brings me back home. Definitely have to go back to try a whole pie

The Pittsford location is large inside. There is ample seating. There wasn't a line; the slices we bought were heated and ready to go before we sat down.

They have self-service fountain drinks at this location.

The pizza is always stellar.
