Amazing Grains Bread Co.

Careful when you walk in here because you'll think you'll want only one thing from there, but it doesn't always work that way, lol. There are lots of goodies to choose from here. I have been here before, and I stopped in today looking for a sourdough loaf to use for avocado toast at home. Unfortunately, I did not see a sourdough loaf. There was more sourdough, rustic, crusty bread. So I ended up getting a farmhouse style loaf, which was amazing. Very light and Airy nice soft texture and delicate smooth taste. The salty bread is definitely something you want to grab every time you come here as well. And the cookie sandwiches that they have are amazing as well. No pun intended, LOL. Also, dare I say those cookies sandwiches rival Cheesy Eddie's ones. So good.

Today was my first time going there. When you first walk in you notice it smells like a bakery should. The sweet smell if cakes, cookies, pastries, breads etc. I loved that the staffed asked us if I need help with anything and once they knew it was my first time there they recommend their best selling items and gave me a sample of there salty bread (which is amazing and soft). I walked out with a cup of coffee, a slice of carrots cake, a half moon cookie, and an almond croissant. All of which melt in your mouth and only cost $13, which is a very reasonable price. Amazing Grains Bread CO just found themselves a weekly customer.

OMG i found a place with cinnamon buns and all types of awesome bakery items. I ate at the Salty Bread and saw these bakery items there and decided to go to the actual place. It was great and i will definitely be going back!!!!!!!

A true local gem. Service was first rate. Went in looking for semolina rolls for roast pork sandwiches, but upon telling the owner what I was doing, he brought me into the back and pulled out some amazing rosemary rolls. I got the grand tour of this amazing bakery, and my roast pork sandwiches were elevated by the handpicked rolls!!

The salty bread and croissants were slamming too!!

A lesser known bakery with limited hours, but I must say, everything is amazing, I've had their salt bread, I've had their Italian loaf bread. I've had their salty dog and have one of their pizzas I will be throwing in the oven tonight to try. Everyone was courteous and friendly, it was very busy on Saturday due to the holiday obviously, oh I also had a cronut which was absolutely delicious. I am new to the place and it was my second time there. Glad I found it.

Best little bakery in Rochester. Famous for their salty bread. I recommend getting there right when they open at 9am to get the salty bread when it comes out of the oven. Their sweet and savory croissants and just as delicious. The blueberry cream and Almond croissants are amazing!! Love!

This place is Amazing..it lives up to it's name. Their croissants are so buttery and all their breads and rolls are fabulous. Super friendly staff!

Friendly staff providing tasty treats! Salty bread is a must. Pain au Chocolate, Almond Croissants, Sausage Rolls and Salty Dogs are all delicious! Make the time to visit and pick up some Amazing treats!

I am new to the area and immediately became hooked on salty bread, which has been used to elevate my breakfast sandwich game immensely. I have also been powerless against the breakfast pastry selection, especially the almond croissants filled with marzipan which are other worldly and the closest thing I've found to the best almond rings in Buffalo. I have invested money into buying more elasticized clothing to enable my new addiction to this bakery and look forward to trying everything it has to offer. The helpful and friendly service is also a constant and definite draw of this awesome spot.

Great pastries, favorite is the blueberry cheese danish. There are to many delish pastries to actually have a favorite though. Great quality every time.

Kind of obscure location the back park of an industrial looking complex but delicious smell of freshly baked bread and other baked goods upon entering. Gave a few loaves away as gifts but looking forward to eating the rosemary sourdough loaf I got for myself!!

My life was literally transformed when I tried the salt bread from Amazing Grains. It was the perfect combination of light fluffy insight, crispy outside and salt on top. Oh my god, it is heavenly. One time, I bought a loaf and ate half of it on the way home. It was only a 5 minute drive! It's even better when you put it in the toaster oven for a few minutes.

Amazing Grains will tell you that if you don't eat the bread on the same day you purchase it, you can freeze it. Then, you just pop it in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes and it comes out tasting warm and fresh.

I'd also like to give a shout out to the delicious cronut. I've never had a cronut before. For those who don't know, it's a combination of a croissant and a donut. It's a flaky outside and soft, gooey inside. There were long lines for cronuts in NYC in 2013, but now you can buy them at Amazing Grains!

Also, if you like things that taste like lemon - I'd highly recommend the lemon poppyseed scone. The only downside is that you will have to unbutton your pants after eating there. They probably use SO MUCH butter when they make their baked goods. But it's well worth it in my humble opinion.

Love this bakery. They're known for the salty bread but I love their cronuts, pastries, and bagels.

REAL BREAD! And oh so much more! Did I mention really good bread? Oh it is! Lots of pastries and other sorts of yummy. A real bakery with in easy driving distance. Check out their website for more information. I will count the days till we go back. Thank you for being here. Sorry but we’re from Long Island and we so missed a real bakery. We found one! Go and enjoy for yourself.
