Game Craze

I came from the city to get my son's first video games. The guy was very helpful. I don't know much about games. He educated me very well and I was able to get my son his very first video games.

There are a ton of games to look at old and new. The workers are nice to talk to, plus they will help you if needed

Everyone who works there is always so helpful and kind. Great section of new and old. We try to make sure we buy all of our video games from them! 🖖

I've been searching for a particular game for quite some time now & surprisingly was able to find one of my favorite games of all time X-Men Legends was very happy & excited that this location actually had it 💯

Been here 2 times i got a spongebob game the case was a bit of bad case but the game ran fine.
I got minecraft as well good case it ran fine too.

We drove a couple hours out of our way for a certain game they had in stock, the gentleman was very helpful and pleasant when we called. Found the place with no problems. Nice place, clean. Very welcoming.

This place is video game heaven. Love the ppl here, amazing inventory. Just a all around good vibe there. Would suggest any retro gamers to go there.

PS2 laser was going, so I brought it in. Owner spent about 45 mins talking to us and trouble shooting, cleaning the system (they don’t do repairs, unfortunately, due to part costs), and even repairing one of my games for free. Super friendly, and huge selection of old games and consoles, would 100% recommend.

Good prices and good customer service

I went to Game craze one day looked around and asked an employee if they had a Gameboy an the employee said yes and showed me it, the next day I came back there and bought a Gameboy color and I turned it on and I didn’t hear sound so I went back in the store and asked what was wrong with it and I did something wrong with the volume dial and the employee didn’t act like I was stupid which Is really nice I hope they keep up the good work!

Decent store. Not too big and not too small. They have pretty much everything in there and never are under supplied like the a lot of the game crazes are. They have a lot of hard to find systems and games in here as well that I have not seen anywhere. They take care of their merch as well and its organized. The other stores always seem to be messy. The owner also is a really nice guy and will go above and beyond to help you. He's very talkative and nice as well. Employees are are always attentive and make sure you are taken care of. No complaints

If you need legacy/retro gaming gear go here. They have a ton of choices for older systems and all the things you want for current. Staff is friendly and super helpful they know what they have in the store and can find stuff fast if it is there.

I came here because my Xbox 360 was having issues and the guy working there helped me troubleshoot. It turned out my hard drive was faulty. If the employee hadn't allowed me to do testing in the store I might have just bought a new console. Two thumbs up for great customer service which saved me money!!

Extensive selection and friendly people. (As with every Game Craze though, I do hate that top band around the store with the LE consoles—that aren't for sale. 😕 At least put them behind plexiglass or something.)

A very well place to do business, the employees there are always helpful and even give their opinion about what you should buy. Very knowledgeable about the games, game systems and just about everything else. Im not an employee of Game Craze or Game Stop, but, Game Craze defently gives you a better price for the things that you trade in.

The employee who helped me was such a great help. He new exactly what I was talking about (actually much more) and was honest and fun. I highly recommend this store to anyone who's searching for new and used games and accessories!

Very knowledgeable staff. It was great to see some of the old games from when I grew up. Very cool place will definitely shop there more often now that I'm back in the gaming world.

Great selection of new and used games. Also some hard to find items but they usually go quick. Great place for everything retro to current .

What a cool store. Lots of classic and new games, as well as DVD's and a few arcade cabinets. I went in looking for something pretty specific (an AV cable for a Sega Dreamcast) and they actually had it. The guy behind the counter was very pleasant and friendly. He originally quoted me the wrong price (a bit lower than listed), but when he found out it was actually pricier, he still gave me the cheaper price. He also said to hang onto the receipt and he'll swap out the cord if it doesn't work. I'll definitely be coming back to this store if I need anything like that in the future.
