Linda was great to work with. She kept me up to date with showings and brought forward her thoughts on what she thought should be done in order to sell the house. The sale was complicated due to the house being owned by the City and having to deal with committees. But Linda kept on point and made sure all details were laid out and executed in a timely manner.

This will be our 3rd transaction with Linda. She’s helped us buy twice and now is helping us sell. Linda is not just our realtor she has become a genuine friend of our family over the years. She’s very intelligent, skilled at negotiating and knows the business very well but most importantly she puts the human touch into the transaction that is so often lost in this industry lately. I used to get saddened when the deal was done because it meant less talk time with Linda. But now I can call her friend. You won’t regret working with her. She’s one of a kind.

Linda has been helping us find our first home. She is so kind and responds quickly. I feel like she has our best interest at heart and it's not all about the commission to her. She really does want to turn our dream into an address. I'm very glad that we landed upon her.

Truly phenomenal. Linda goes above and beyond in every regard. Great communicator and sets clear expectations. Receptive to clients input, great pics for posting. Most of all answers phone all hours day or night if she can, if she misses a call she is very prompt with returning the call as soon as she has time. Can't recommend Linda enough!

I selected Linda Platner to sell our Condominium for her past sales history for selling Condos. She indeed did far succeed our expectations. Her creative fast action thinking and knowledge of all the complications involved, got our Condo SOLD. No matter what your property type is. She will not passively sit back and wait for a buyer. She will think “outside-the-box” on ways to find the right buyer for you.

Linda is so prepared and professional! She really knows the ins and outs of the business and sold our house in 4 days!! She goes above and beyond. Never too busy to answer questions. Thanks Linda !!

Once I met Linda, found no need to look at any other appraiser/realator. Dealing with the owner certainly has it's perks. Very responsive, follows up as promised, knows the Whitewater market very well, and is a pleasure to work with.

Excellent to work with.

This sale was due to a nasty divorce in which Linda had to walk a very fine line. She handled it very well. She was responsive, professional, helpful, and offered good suggestions for getting the property into a saleable state.
My only regret is she did not show the property after July when an offer had been placed and accepted which was below the ask price. The buyer had a number of contingencies in place and the closing date kept getting extended. That was nerve wracking.
