I came in with my baby to get some new shoes. The sales woman was so friendly and helpful. She showed me the selection and offered guidance; brought out multiple sizes and styles for me. While I tried on she entertained my little baby. It was so thoughtful!!!! I needed to order the size/color I wanted. The gentleman was quick to get on the phone and verify the order. It came in very quickly. I came in to pickup with my 2 kids in tow and again, the staff was so friendly and welcoming to me and my kids. I will definitely be back. Oh, and the shoes are perfect too!! Taos brand sneakers- highly recommend for the arch support and love the modern design. I have needed to clean them once already and a little soapy water did the trick quickly.

My 88 year old mom ordered a pair of shoes from Dale's. We received a call that the shoes had come in. I tried to take Mom there to try them on. but she was weak that day and was having a hard time walking. So I left Mom waiting in the car and went in to pay for and pick up the shoes. The clerk was very helpful and offered to come out to the car to try the shoes on Mom. What service!! We were so impressed. By the way, the shoes were a perfect fit. Thanks, Dale's Bootery, for your great customer service. Your staff is amazing!

Huge selection with a very friendly, helpful staff. Quality footwear that you can't get at the box stores. You're going to spend more, but if you spend time on your feet, do them a favor and put something on them that's going to last and make your feet happy!

Exceptional customer service is the highlight of this small, family owned, throwback to downtown stores of yesterday. They have a nice selection of Keen, Sketchers, Red Wing and many more. They have a nice selection of kids tennis shoes at surprisingly good prices (outstanding deals if marked as clearance!) I saw a number of women's workout tennis, adult dress shoes, and mens "ath-leisure" shoes. They also have a bunch of unique sandles, water/amphibious shoes, and plenty of boots.... Not big winter arctic boots, but quality mens work boots (including winter) & women's winter fashion boots.

Try it out. Don't take my word for it. Shop local and see what small town, family owned stores have to offer. The service alone may be worth it!
