Fitness Grill

Ordered grilled chicken avocado in a spinach wrap, and a side of avocado mango. The green mango was crunchy, lightly covered in avocado— a new taste for me I really liked. The wrap was wet enough (I hate dry wraps), the dressing a very subtle vinaigrette, I think; very subtle, meaning it was made with great care. The chicken — the whole sandwich was utterly delicious. I have never enjoyed turkey bacon so much. Friendly service, nice atmosphere. A thoroughly enjoyable lunch. I’ll come back, and I recommend it.

Scouting for the Food Network App, I made a return Visit from a few years ago to the Fitness Grill. It was great to have a healthy alternative for dinner. I purchased the Chicken Pasta with Broccoli. It took about 15 minutes, which is fine because it was all Made fresh. It was very good and hit the spot. The woman behind the counter was friendly, helpful and provided great customer service. I will go back again for sure.

Small family owned restaurant. Lots of variety on the menu. Great vibe inside if it’s not busy then you can really sit down and enjoy. The owner is a hardworking, kind woman.

Rudy was so incredibly nice and patient. We had a lot of diet restrictions from gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, etc., not only did she go out of her way to check with the chef on an item, she even read the package on the GF wraps to double check. She also explained how she made the baked sweet potato fries. She was beyond accommodating while we waited; she put on a kids movie. The quality, taste, and portions were all great! I will def be ordering more frequently now that I know that they have a great menu and are just really nice people. I’m looking forward to finally having an option for take-out or delivery for healthy food! I wish I found them sooner!

Place is awesome, owner is awesome, food is awesome, location is awesome, presentation is awesome. I don't leave too many good reviews, this place deserves one. If it were a franchise it would easily be a go to wherever we went.

Very good lunch wraps !
I got the tex-mex shrimp with stake and it was delicious 🤤 steak was cooked perfectly and shrimp was clean and tender . Love it ! I highly recommend this place if you want to have a nice delicious lunch or dinner 💪🏼

My new hot spot. Excellent, clean, affordable eats and friendly owners. The sweet potatoes are cooked to perfection and the turkey chili is yummy.

Came by for lunch after a workout & it was amazing. We were looking for a healthy and affordable spot & came across fitness grill. Greeted once we walked in the door. I got the chicken cesar wrap with the mango avocado salad and my husband got the turkey meatball wrap with a side of peanut butter protein banana bread. We also go the sweet potato fries which were soo flavorful and soft.
Our favorite was the mango avocado salad.
Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable and healthy spot in the Randolph area!

The pesto pasta w chicken & broccoli was gorgeous.
My partner had the chicken & avocado salad and it was gorg as well.

One of the healthiest places to eat the Fitness grill is by far also the flavor full variety including tex mex salad and cob salad the wraps are second to none in taste I would highly recommend fitness grill along with the hospitality offered by the owner, she is the sweetest
