I can not rave enough about the staff at Staples in Randolph. I was trying to print something for an event I am organizing and there were a bunch of troubles I was having with the coloring not matching the print and a bunch of little things that weren’t working out the way I liked (none of which was their fault) and they were INCREDIBLY helpful for TWO. HOURS. They spent so much time assisting me and not making me feel bad for needing so much assistance. Then, someone (who appeared to be a manager) offered peanunt m&ms to an employee and she said “eh, I don’t really like peanuts” and I jokingly responded “well, I do!” and she came back and gave me some peanut m&ms 🥺 Then some other guy working at a register came over and gave me a 20% off coupon, and overall, one of the most amazing experiences I have had in a retail environment. I honestly can’t remember the last time that I wrote a review, but this one was well earned. I will definitely be returning.

I often visit this staples. They have always been very helpful. I am deaf & they work hard to communicate with me. This is especially difficult at the moment because it is impossible to lipread a face mask. They generally have what I need or can order it for me. When I have needed to use printing or laminating services they have always been quick. They are also great with shipping.

My husband had business cards printed and the assistant manager, Patty, was so wonderful and helpful! She solved his issues quickly and was very service/customer oriented. Can't say enough good things. Thank you so much!

Over a year ago, the Print services here were a disaster. But now there is a new manager in the department (Alicia) and she knows what she's doing. As a graphic designer, I definitely approve of her efficiency and her knowledge of print. She gets the 5 stars, not Staples.

Went to Randolph Staples Thursday (10/25) night to copy some financial docs. The self-serve copiers were acting up - stuck looping on getting credit card authorizations. A nice employee (I didn't get his name) offered to make the copies for me in the employee-only printing area. I said my papers were private so he let me make my own copies in the employee print area by myself to respect my privacy. Well done! I can imagine a less motivated person just saying "sorry, too bad, come back another time".
