I had a wonderful experience! The facility is very clean and welcoming. The staff makes you feel right at home! They were very attentive to my family and me the entire time. Ruth was so kind and her facial was relaxing and made my skin feel soft. I felt like I was glowing afterwards. Jasmin made me feel very comfortable during her massage, and she was super informative with any questions I had.

I would absolutely recommend Able Body to anyone who needs to relax or just treat themselves. Can’t wait to go back!

A business dedicated to catering to all your needs, from the moment you walk in the door. Setting up an appointment for myself and my family was a quick and easy over the phone conversation. What was most impressive is despite having only worked only worked with Jasmine, I found it incredible how friendly and inviting the rest of the staff treated us. I have 0 experience with spa's and Jasmine having worked her magic has already turned me into a loyal customer.

The rest of the staff Olga, Ana, including the owner Ruth were some of the most welcoming and informative staff you could find in the business. I look forward to my next visit VERY soon

I’ve been visiting Able Body for a few years now here and there and have recently made it a more consistent fixture in my routine. Ruth truly has assembled the perfect team! My pandemic acne is under control thanks to her amazing Acne facials, Ana is a master waxer (knows how to make it fast and w as little pain as possible) and nail technician, and Olga gave me the best massage I’d had maybe ever!! To top it off, everyone is so kind! Highly recommend.

Able Body spa is the best spa I have ever been to. You truly feel pampered and taken care of from the moment you walk in the door. Every service you receive is customized to your specific needs. I love Ruth and her entire staff. They are very caring and accommodating. My sister and I will be coming back for our monthly sister relaxation days. From the moment I walked in the front door, I was greeted with friendliness. The staff treats you with the utmost kindness and respect. The front door leads to the Salon and a side door opens to a more serene area where the massages and aesthetic treatments are done. I was immediately offered a choice of either Coffee, Tea, or Water while I relaxed. Ruth was amazing and wonderful. I told her what I wanted from the session and she delivered. I don't remember anyone getting the pressure level correct on the first try! Booked another appointment and will definitely become a regular! After doing so much for other people, I forgot to take care of myself in the process! Thank you Ruth!

I went to Able Body Spa in search of quality skin care and I am so happy that I did. Ruth, anesthetician and owner was caring and knowledgeable answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. I received an amazing anti aging facial by Ruth and am excited to begin skin rejuvenation with her talent and skill.

of treatments for skin rejuvenation by Ruth. She transformed my treatment into a comfortable and enjoyable spa experience and I can absolutely see an improvement in the appearance of my skin. I am now confident that with Ruth's help I can put my best face (and neck) forward!

I have been coming to Able Body Spa for years and I am so grateful for the amount of care that goes into every treatment. Each treatment is personalized for whatever you need and every time I come in for an appointment I am completely satisfied with the results. Even during these unusual circumstances during quarantine every staff member takes the proper precautions to make sure safety is the number one priority. I was just in for a facial a few weeks ago and not only did I love my treatment but I felt 100% safe. I was so happy to visit this salon spa again! Ruth, the owner, has such beautiful energy and her facials and massages are wonderful and healing. My face, after her facial is sooo much brighter and hydrated. The measures they have taken to keep their patrons safe during this time are commendable.

I recently got a mani/pedi at Able Body Spa a couple days after the salon reopened from the pandemic. The owner, Ruth, is so warm and welcoming and Anna did an amazing job on my nails. The salon is immaculately clean and taking a ton of precautions to protect its customers, which is so important in this environment. I can't wait to go back for my next nail appointment!

I have been going to ABS for years now and I am writing this review as I am disappointed to see another review from a customer about a cancellation issue with the spa. This persons review troubles me as I had a situation last year where my father needed surgery and I did have to cancel my massage appointment that day. I felt terrible calling the spa, I spoke with Ruth, the owner, and she told me not to worry about cancelling and that my father would be in her prayers. I had to share my experience as it is quite different from the review left by someone else. I am and will remain a loyal, happy customer!! I also highly recommend Able Body Spa for all services, I always leave feeling refreshed and at peace!

My bridesmaids had given me a gift card to Able Spa to get pampered before my wedding. When I had first called I had explained about the gift card and told them I was getting married. Ruth instantly said she wanted to be the one who did all the services for me because it was before my wedding day. The place is very clean, beautifully decorated and has good energy once you walk in. To my surprise there is a huge downstairs to the salon with a private spa/massage area. It is beyond gorgeous, relaxing and super clean. Ruth was THE BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She paid attention to all areas I was concerned with, as well as many other fine detailed spots along the body you wouldn't even think to massage! Toes, knee caps, ears, omg it was perfect! She knew exactly where the knots were and got them all out. I know I have a tough body to work on and for her to make me feel relaxed and get every knot out that simply amazed me. Thank you Ruth for being so accomadating, caring and great at your profession! I will be booking my next appointment soon!

I suffer from hip and lower back discomfort and I went to Able Body Spa for a massage. I had an excellent experience, from the time I entered the location to the time I left. The attention to detail that is given to each part of the process is evident at every turn. Ruth, Able Body's owner, is a wonderful person and an excellent masseuse. I felt amazing after our time together and plan to go back often. I highly recommend Able Body Spa and Salon!

What an amazing and relaxing ambiance. I had the pleasure of having Paula do a keratin treatment and eyebrows. She was so meticulous with her work and a perfectionist, and that’s a lot coming from me since I’m super picky and ocd with my hair and my brows. She did a PHENOMENAL job. I’m beyond happy. Ruth, the owner, is wonderful too. Definitely recommend this place! Excited to come back for facials and massages :)

Please do yourself a favor and book a facial with Ruth! You will not be disappointed and you'll experience a transformation in your skin that you won't believe is possible. For many years, I went to a very well known place in Berkeley Heights, only because I loved my esthetician. When she retired I knew I had to find a new spa. I continued there for a bit and was always unsatisfied with the service and how the spa was run (it is a very busy spa and I felt I was treated like a number). Two years ago a friend recommended Ruth at Able Body & Spa and wow- just wow! With consistent visits Ruth has transformed my skin, and I feel like it looks 10 years younger. She has helped my teen who has fighting facial acne. Dermatologists have not changed their treatments in 30 years. I can say this because I had the same teenage battle. Use of creams and topical washes produced little results. One visit and we could see and feel the difference. Ruth is so caring and really wants to provide the best level of service she can. She is super knowledgeable about skin care and takes great pride in her work, and your satisfaction. Paula has also given me beautiful blow outs and takes care of my eyebrows. Trust me- book your facial now! If you have a teen- make them an appointment too! Taking care of your skin is probably one of the best things you can do for yourself!

My fiancé treated us to massages and I got a mani/pedi. This was the best present ever. Ruth is the sweetest and gave us both incredible massages. She saw how bad my back was and helped me tremendously. Anna is the kindest and does a wonderful job with nails. The place is so clean and relaxing, and we felt safe. We will absolutely be back.
