This is the quintessential diner. Wonderful food, local people, delicious homemade donuts and coffee. We had 6 in our party so we had to put our name in and then waited about 15 minutes in our car for our table. The wait staff takes your order then you go inside to get your coffee and donuts. They are self serve. We sat outside under cover and were served quickly. My friends loved their food and everything tasted great. I would highly recommend!

Veggie Omelette, hash browns, biscuits with gravy. Chopped steak sandwich with fries. Patty Melt with fries. Italian sub with fries. All delicious! One of my favorite diners!

Very tasty diner but very busy! If you go for weekend breakfast or brunch, expect there to be a 45 minute wait. Their pay counter is pretty disorganized and it can be annoying to have to wait for 5 tables to pay the cashier before you can pick up a carry out order. But the food is great! Their wake up burger is awesome!! Staff are nice, one waiter gave us leftover donuts at the end of the day!

This place screams local atmosphere. It was a great dining experience. Food was great, people were even greater. The place looks very sketchy, but don't let that deter you. I recommend the Turkey Club, but everyone enjoyed what they had.

Met a friend here for breakfast, such a wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and got us seated and served quickly on a busy Sunday morning. We got the Biscuits and Gravy and Pancakes. Some of the best biscuits I’ve ever had and the gravy was top notch as well. Pancakes were perfectly cooked with nice crispy edges and pillowy soft interior. Portions are very generous for the price as well. Love the self serve drinks. Got 2 delicious donuts to go, this place is legit. Will definitely be back!

If you are visiting from out of town and like brunch, this place is for you. It’s a small cozy restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. It looks crowded, but it isn’t overly so that you can’t move. The restaurant gives you the vibe that it is the go-to place for breakfast and a Sunday brunch for locals and others in the area. Don’t let their busyness deter you. If you need to wait, then it is well worth it.

Their donuts are amazing! It isn’t overly sweet, nor is it over doughy. It doesn’t give you a sugar rush followed by a sugar crash.

I had their French toast and bacon. The bacon was perfectly cooked. The french toast didn’t need syrup. The fresh blueberries made it perfect. It had just the right balance of sweetness.

Service is great. Drinks are serve yourself since they are busy, but you get all you can drink coffee, tea and sodas. Our waitress despite having numerous tables frequently checked on us (we were a table of 7) to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we wanted. Our server went above and beyond.

You better get in this fast if you're getting go here! very small little location but very great food!!! Highly recommend this Diner we are from Indiana so we were just going through the area for a day decided to check this out. Service was friendly! food was great the coffee was really good. The donuts amazing! Breakfast tacos were absolutely delicious and the pancakes or just wow!!!

We found our go to breakfast diner! The food was delicious! I had the French toast and bacon, he had the biscuits and gravy with eggs. Both meals were cooked perfectly and very tasty. The prices are pre COVID. I'd highly recommend joining them for breakfast. We will definitely be back to try lunch and dinner.

Stopped in for a quick bite and really appreciated their sandwich selections. Ordered the Rueben and onion rings. Was delicious all the way through. After reading reviews, will have to return for their doughnuts.

OMG! I had my breakfast in about 5 minutes after ordering. Food was super hot and delicious. I ordered the western omelette. Packed full of veggies and meat. They gave me a coffee while I waited for my table. This is the way! Can't wait to come back to try more of the menu. Please hit like if you found this post helpful

I'm pretty sure this is the best donuts I've ever had. The donut sandwich is a MUST! Even bacon was done to my liking. Will be back.

First time here smaller little restaurant with a small parking lot love the decor on the inside of the restaurant wonderful friendly attentive customer service received our food hot fast and fresh getting our drinks wasn't a big deal the young lady we had was so nice and friendly. Our food we received was a fairly large portion tasted delicious I definitely highly recommend this place! Will be coming back again.

We had the chorizo hash, waffle, and biscuits & gravy. All very good! Great cup of coffee and Bloody Mary. Very quaint atmosphere, with indoor and out door seating. You can buy coffee, adult beverages and donuts while waiting for a table. Serve yourself beverages, other then alcohol. Cool neighborhood breakfast/brunch spot!

Nice small town homey feel. Home cooked food, friendly service and small atmosphere. Totally worth the visit!

Excellent little diner tucked away in Grandview. We went on a Monday for brunch, so it wasn’t very busy and our food came out quick. Nice patio seating (covered and uncovered) plus some tables inside. Very casual atmosphere. Drinks are self service (except alcohol) and you can order donuts while you wait for your meal. Prices were very affordable.

The food was delicious. The Donut Sandy was on point — eggs, cheese, and thick bacon between a fresh donut. The Hot Chicken and Waffles was also good, though I thought the “hot” could have been more (coming from someone with a lower spice tolerance), but still delicious nonetheless. The waffle was sweet, crisp on the outside, yet soft on the inside. The maple butter served on the side was amazing. The portions were plentiful for both with their price points - $21 for both.

We also decided to grab a cronut and apple fritter. The Cronut was very soft and melt in your mouth. The Apple Fritter is DENSE and very thick, honestly could split between two people. It was sweet but not too sweet, perfectly glazed, and had apple slices on it instead of diced, which we really enjoyed. The other donuts in the case looked pretty good too. I would probably come by here just for donuts.

Definitely a place you could hang out at, grab a bite to go, or bring the kids.

Love this place!!! Food is great and the atmosphere is everything. It gives a college mess hall vibe. My coworkers and I go here every other week after work for breakfast…

Only visiting the Columbus area for a day for a work thing, and was in desperate need of a good greasy-spoon style breakfast. I got their chorizo hash and it was fabulous. Large portions (I took half of it home and it was still delicious the next day). I did not get their famous doughnuts but the cinnamon roll that I got was quite good. Limited parking and limited seating, but overall a good eating experience.

Super yummy breakfast that calls for a hearty nap afterwords! The seating outside was nice and the server was very friendly.
I got the Spanish Omelette with added avocado and loaded potatoes with sourdough toast. Slapped it with hot sauce and devoured the whole thing with glee. Their apple fritters are also super huge, fluffy and moist! The only slight downside (which barely mattered compared to how awesome everything was) is that the toast didn't have significant sourdough flavor.
Inside are self serve beverages (solid cold brew coffee!) such as soda, various teas, decaf, etc. Might have to wait ~20min for a seat during busy times but worth it :)

The donut burger is insanely delicious. The mixture of the sweet donut with the egg & cheese & saltiness of the burger just go together well. The donuts are very good as well. Normally they sell out of donuts so you’ll wanna get some early. Place is clean and service is normally pretty quick

This place is great. Pretty much everything that a breakfast place should be. Not outrageously overpriced as most breakfast places but still good quality food overall. My eggs were done just fine over easy. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bacon was crispy but not burnt. Service was fast too. They had self service drink bar where you just get up and get your own beverages which was great. Overall experience was fantastic. Definitely coming back here again in the future.
