Panera Bread

This branch made an improvement over the years. Kiosk optional ordering as soon as you enter through the main entrance or if you decide to order from an actual someone there at the counter.
Service was fast and friendly.

I tried sitting in a booth today, and the floors needed to be vacuumed. Tables needed to be wiped, and windows needed to be cleaned.

Coffee stations needed to be more organized, and for the foundation drink straws needed to be more accessible. It's located on the side by the cups, but that gets into the way when individuals are waiting there for their order.

Why carry paper straws and plastic cups? A lot of individuals do not perfer paper straws, and neither do I. It's just something to consider.

Never been here but recently went with my girlfriend and the staff is super friendly. Some guy helped me w my food and I'm super appreciative of that. The place has great music and is def a vibe to study or get work done. The food is amazing and I never have had a problem w it. Will def be back. Thanks Panera Union Team !

I want to thank 🙇‍♀ this Panera & its manager and staff for being kind in accomodating to reorder&delivery, a doordash delivery that didn't make it to destination the first time.

Jasmine the manager was wonderful, I ordered and an item was left out so I returned to the store asked to speak to a manager and Jasmine was more than accommodating...I order from Panera quite often and she gave me even more reason to continue ordering...Thank you Jasmine

Jasmine was absolutely fantastic and made our experience perfect. She went above and beyond and left an impact that will have us returning.

Great food from good, fast, friendly workers. I ordered, went to the bathroom, came out and it was ready! Clean restaurant and easy to order and pay on the tablets.

Never thought my first impressions of panera would be good like I always heard it being overpriced but honestly I didnt find it over price and my all time favorite dish here is broccoli cheddar soup (: dipping chips in it tasted too good.
The environment was very clean and very in order. I also enjoyed that you didnt have to speak to anyone to order lol

It is a really nice place and staff, but it would be great if the music turned down a little bit so people could hear each other or do their work!

The staff behind the scenes and in the front are very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They make sure you leave happy and content with their services and what you ordered. 5 stars plus! -Ana

Food tasted fresh and delicious. It was easy enough to order, and food came out at a mildly decent time. Would definitely go here again. Safe and calm atmosphere.

Carlos the Manager at the Morris Ave, Union NJ branch. Always tries to resolve all issues and his customers always leave the store satisfied or pleased with his efforts. He’s one of the reasons I stop at that store to eat.

I must say, I was a bit shocked at the delivery service they use, Door Dash. They have continued to let me down in all aspects of delivery service! I am leaving 5 stars because of the Management at this location. I had a problem waiting for my food so long and the Manager stepped in and made it right. No questions asked or attitude. I will recommend this location to anyone in the Union / Hillside area. I will absolutely keep buying their food. BTW, I had the 2 Flat Breads, and 2 Salad combo. The Greek Salad is AMAZING!!

The food is delicious here. My son and I love their turkey chili and I also enjoy the Asian chicken salad. Carlos, the manager that worked Saturday night, 5/7/22 was very professional and courteous. My son and I enjoyed our food while watching the last two episodes of "Moon Knight". What a way to end the night after my son's Championship Basketball game. Oh yeah! 👏👍🏆⭐🏀

It feels like you are in a college class, a lot of people using the space for their classes. Very annoying.

I don’t usually go to Panera but today I was craving a salad from there so I ordered and picked up drive up. When I got home the salad looked wilted, meaning brown and sad like the leaves were dying. I called the restaurant and the manager was nice on the phone. I was asked nicely to come back to the store. When I got there I patiently waited for the manager which was only a couple of minutes. Thomas, the manager, was so nice and extremely helpful. Thomas looked at the salad, apologized and personally made me another with kindness. I wasn’t happy about the salad at first but the great customer service from manager Thomas made me feel better. Thank you Thomas 😁

Beautiful store. Huge eat in area with a "fireplace". Lots of folks hanging out on their laptops. Service was great and food was as you expect at any well run Panera.

Love their flat bread!!! Very quick and amazing staff!!

The staff is friendly, and covid guidelines are followed. Orders take a while to complete, but that's because management stands around and doesn't assist. So, don't be in a rush! The location is beautiful though, and the staff is apologetic and friendly! Food is always great! Thanks!

You are probably asking yourself, Why do I give this restaurant five stars. I’ll tell you why, Cindy the manger is the reason. Cindy that wears the red shirt. She is an amazing manager, instructing her team what to do and being very clear, polite and direct. Most importantly polite. I did not mind the wait because i knew things were getting done. Thank you Cindy. Keep going.
