AT&T Store

Christian, Mark, and their Manager Nicholas at the AT&T store in Union are the best customer service people I have ever dealt with! Very professional and patient people. Christian especially got my android phone set up to how I want it and I came from using an iPhone! Left very happy tonight and would totally recommend them over the rt.22 store 😁 thank you for hiring them AT&T!

This man was the most patient and most knowledgeable and helped me way over and above what he needed to do. I’m really grateful for Christian I would highly recommend anybody needs help with any of the Apple products to come and see Christian

I should have come here first...Gabriel took GREAT CARE of me...He updated phone with no problems...I had a question about updating other line and he helped me that as well..He was pleasant, and did not dismiss me and he answered ALL my questions..Even when I came back next day be helped me..I will ONLY go to this ATT..This was my second time coming in the past year.Each time I left happy with service that I received...Keep up the good work..Customer service at its finest!

Everything with my purchase was quick and easy. Christian did an excellent job.

I wish I could give this location 10000 starts! Jessica and Michael were so kind, thoughtful and attentive. They took the time to undo a really annoying mistake that a past store had done and got me set up with a new phone, with money saved on my bill! This took a bit of time with how tricky the process was but I swear I could have sat there all day chit chatting with them because they were so lovely! Customer service this great is hard to come by, and I just feel lucky this is my local store!

Kevin was very helpful and he knows the product. He explained and gave me an answer to the questions I had in terms of which iPhone and plan would work best for my needs. He was courteous and asked about by background as we waited for the transfer of information from my old phone. We laughed slot because I had an iPhone 7 and everything was an adjustment to my new choice of iPhone 13 Pro Max.
