I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The staff was amazing and I’m entirely grateful they allowed me to move my things into my unit on short notice. Everything was efficient, clean, and they were so polite. Excited to continue staying here!

High quality, clean storage units with an excellent staff and a van to move your stuff. A little far from the subway, but otherwise not a single complaint. Highly recommended!

Everything was super easy, convenient, clean, etc.

The only note I have for you is that modifications to standard hours should be blasted out - unthinkingly, I went to my unit on Easter and the location was closed - it'd be easy to send a quick note to everyone who rents there that hours differ - and it's especially important for those of us who have just taken our storage units!

Super friendly and helpful experience. Every one of the staff I worked with were engaged, helpful to me and to one another and were proactive. A stellar experience all in all.

Good service and hours and easy access to the unit. The free carts were very helpful, and even though I had to use the staircase to get to my unit, it was worth the lower price.

I'm very pleased. The manager on duty at 444 West 55 st. Is extremely helpful, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Which is most important.

Rita Revander & Sekou performed excellent customer service on my behalf when I had accidentally discarded my storage lock key. She would have gone above and beyond the normal call of duty the night before but the responsibility fell to another who disregarded my request.

The fact that she would have accomplished this task in her colleagues place put her in my mind as someone who knows about customer service and who knows how to treat someone right.

The next day she was prompt to my request, serviced my needs quickly and I wanted to shout out on her behalf for a job well done.

Facility was clean, well lit and easy to move into. There were moving carts available as well as loading ramps. I called with questions a few times and every time the service was exceptional. Extremely friendly representatives and seemed genuinely happy to help.

I recently went to make some changes to my unit size and an employee helped me get a larger unit for about half the prize. Very clean, professional & friendly staff.

Shamar the manager helped me and was great. Alex who brought my Cubesmart shutle service is friendly helpful & efficient. Great customer svc. Beautiful clean spaces & great prices.

I went in and I believe Angelie or Angelia was her name and she was very helpful with helping me select the perfect size boxes for my move. I also had a few questions about getting a unit and the shuttle service and she provided me with all the information I needed. She was super nice and had Great customer service.

Just the team alone always there for our every need. The storage is always up to par and the rates isnt bad for midtown area. I do multiple occupations from my 4×4×8 and get results. Thks cubesmart for being smart. The hotdog umbrella i found by cubesmart will be air brushed and artist will graffiti it ( Plasmaslug ) and will be sold, should i keep going.......

Shamar went above and beyond to ensure to deliver exceptional customer service. Moving across the country can be mentally taxing for All, however to be met with a warm personality was relief. I highly recommend this location.

Great storage space...carpeted throughout. Air condition. Clean white space. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rates are good...competitive. Complementary move in truck available for initial move. Super helpful.
