Ahrre's Coffee Roastery

We started buying coffee beans from Ahrre's when we lived in Summit from 2014-2018. We still buy a 5lb bag every other month now that we live in Long Island. I haven't found better coffee beans and don't know that we ever will!

The mochachino was delicious. The place is small, but has a nice coffee aroma to it and the barista was helpful. They have any combination you would want. There is parking nearby as well.

Ahrre’s sets itself apart by staying true to a traditional roast culture in an age where the light roast citrus sour note milk curdling coffee bean stands out. Coffee beans are roasted to perfection. I’ve recommended Ahrre’s to my neighbors and friends. They keep ordering. If you smell amazing coffee in Westfield, it’s Ahrre’s. That’s how we found the place. We moved out of the area a few months ago but we still order the beans online.

It's a small shop, with just a couple of tables outside and a tiny space inside, but that is absolutely not what you would come here for. You would come here, and then come back and then come back more and more for the coffee! COFFEE, people, did you hear me? It will get you buzzin'!

Excellent coffee served in a cozy little environment. I travel full time now but worked here behind the counter and as a roaster at the former Summit location almost 25 years back. I was in town recently and saw that Ahrre and his shop are still thriving. He was a pleasure to work for and his customer base has always been loyal. Keep up the great work. 👍👍👍

I've been there a few times and since I don't normally drink coffee I get hot chocolate or iced hot chocolate. It's also my Aunt's favorite coffee place because the coffee is great, the building it's in is cozy, and the people that work there are very nice.
Altogether the building, the smell of coffee, and the people make you leave in a great mood!

Their selection of beans is great. I recommend the Ethiopian! They also carry Jamaican Blue Mountain!

This is not meant to be your common coffee house where you grab a coffee, sit down and work on your laptop for the day. This is a small shop dedicated to offering high quality coffee beans to the local community and for those interested in stopping in and grabbing a quick coffee to go. To this end, Ahrre's does a great job, has friendly service and also offers a range of coffee brewing equipment for personal use. I'm not educated enough to know if this is an efficient way to store roasted coffee beans, but it certainly seemed unique to have an entire wall full of large glass jars housing the beans in bulk from which I assume to-go bags are filled to order. It's worth noting that the selection is vast and on the high end today they were offering Jamaican Blue Mountain beans, which I've never had and hear are some of the best in the world. Right now I'm drinking a delicious single origin Colombian light roast drip that was available at a very reasonable price.

Been a customer for over 15 years! They were in Summit before Starbucks attacked them, and then moved here. I don't like the artificially flavored coffees, but I guess they have to offer what some people want (I'm looking at you, "Hazelnut").

They started as a roaster before roasting was cool... and they know how to select and prepare coffee beans.

I've been buying my coffee from them and only them for years now. I've bought over 500 pounds and have never been dissatisfied. My wife and I love the morning blend. You'll love their variety, their service and now their web site.

Some of the most absurdly delicious coffee beans I have ever had. We currently make a dedicated trip every week just for these coffee beans.

Ahhre's has the most amazing hazelnut cream coffee! The shop ambience is so friendly and warm, and the workers always have a smile on their face. It's always such a joy to visit here.

Great coffee and friendly staff! We get whole beans there. Our favorites are from Kauai and Tanzania. If you join the club, every 10th bag you buy, you get a free bag.

One of the most serious coffee places in the area. Huge bean selection, pourovers, a well-calibrated espresso machine. The only thing missing is porcelain demi-tasses and mugs. I come here just for the Mediterranean blend. As distinctive as it is memorable.

I couldn’t make it through the day without my Farid’s Exotic Blend. A friend introduced me to Ahrre’s Coffee 25 years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since! Ahrre’s is truly better! And it’s a friendly place, too.
