I have tried so many services here and truly loved them all! The infrared sauna and slim pod are some of my favorites. Relaxing and detoxing! I am big fan of the cryotherapy: energy boost, focus boost and immune system boost all in 3 min! The staff and management is so helpful and courteous. They are always adding new services and I am definitely there for it all!

Chill has so many wonderful services! I have tried many of them. My favorite is definitely the whole body cryotherapy as it just makes you feel energized, refreshed, helps with weight loss & promotes amazing sleep. You just feel better when you chill! The facility is clean! 5 stars!

I started generic Wegovy at Chill about four months ago. I’ve lost almost 30lbs in that time with no side effects. Of course, I’ve changed my diet and am exercising to complement the meds. The staff is supportive, friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with Chill and would recommend them without reservation!

So lucky to have this full-service med spa in town. from cryo that feels like a boost of life to injections and IV therapy that literally bring you back to life. everyone that works here is super knowledgeable and patient. they get busy so make sure to make an apt.

Everybody that works there is so nice, and the facility is super clean. When I leave there, I feel so energized and more clear. Cryotherapy has really helped with back pain, migraines, and allergies. All around better health. Scheduling is super easy, and I have never had to wait for my scheduled appointment.

I received a gift card for Chill Cryotherapy. I stopped in just to get some more information about the benefits and the woman that helped me was very knowledgeable, helpful, answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I opted to get the full body cryo and came back a few days later for my session. Again the girl that helped me was very polite, the changing room and robe they gave me was clean, she stayed with me during the session and chatted to keep my mind off the cold.
I can't say that I felt any major differences in my body, however I did sleep well that night. It was only 1 session though and (if not for the pandemic) I would have returned for a few more sessions. I fully believe in it's healing power.
Can't wait to go again!

I had an amazing experience at Chill Cryotherapy! I did a chill sculpt treatment, a cryotherapy session, and compression with Daria. I am about a year postpartum and it was a great mother’s day gift! It was my first time and I was a bit nervous, but Daria walked through the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was wonderful! The atmosphere is calming but very modern and inviting. I left feeling energized and excited for my next session! I would highly recommend Chill Cryotherapy!

I have been here a few times. Each time I come, staff is always welcoming and professional. They take time to answer all my questions and do not rush me. The staff are professional and this is what makes me return to this establishment.

First time here this morning. Very clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. Booking online was simple and a quick waiver sign when you walk in. There is a small parking lot in the rear on the building. There's also street parking/side streets as well.

I did the full body 3 minute cryo. Everything is provided for. The robe, socks, headband, gloves and clogs. You leave your personal belongings inside the changing room with locks on the doors.

It went by a lot quicker that I thought it would. At first, I was able to tolerate it, but once the halfway point comes, my hands/fingers started to get numb and tingly. It does feel great afterwards. I had lower back pain before coming in and it felt a little better afterwards, so I can see why people keep coming back. As it would definitely benefit for injuries/muscle aches. There's music playing, that you can choose, during the 3 minutes so that helps. They ask you what type of music/artist you would like to play. You can keep the robe on during the session, but I chose to take it off.

I felt a little disoriented once I stepped out. I had a little trouble putting on my robe! Maybe my body was still in shock? But it was great. I'll be coming back more often!

Had a little confusion with my scheduled appointment for the July 4th, but later on I got a call from them and they fit me in the schedule.
The people in here are always very charismatic and polite with a great energy. Always trying to help and make the experience as great as possible. Some might complaint about price, but that’s the average, and the plus is the great deals they offer specially with the monthly unlimited specials.
3rd time whole body and did 1 local, and I will definitely keep coming back.

The facility is immaculate, the staff is really professional and thoughtful and they take a genuine interest in the physical well-being of their clients. Appointments are easy to make and usually there is no wait time. I’ve been to several Cryotherapy places but Chill Cryotherapy is the place to be!!!

I love this place, it's super clean and everyone is so friendly. The chill therapy has made such a difference for me. I suffer from scoliosis and sciatica and on the really bad days I go in for my 3 minutes and i'm like a new person. I absolutely recommend this to everyone!

Great place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A friend from Crossfit recommended Chill Cyrotherapy. I went in the past for muscle soreness and shoulder pain. I'm currently dealing with a hip/back injury with lots of inflammation from a car accident and I have added cryotherapy to my treatment and I always feel good after my session.
