The genius, Janelle, rescued my valuable work files from my MacBook Pro, which was in a coma. I truly appreciate that Janelle dedicated much time to trying many different ways to access my laptop, refusing to give up on finding the best solution without risking any data loss. Throughout the entire process, she was attentive and kind. Thank you so much for your help with my issue, which you cared for as if it were your own.

My experience was great. I had an appointment. They got to me before my appointment. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. It didn’t take long. I walked out all my issues were handled. I’m giving them 5 stars.

Lamar helped me and talked me down from my proverbial ledge when I came in with an iPad that wasn’t charging. So kind, so calm, so efficient. Also this store is gorgeous and right before you walk in there’s a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. All is well again

I had a single rice grain stuck in my iPhone 13 charging port. The sweetest representative ever helped me out with a super kind and friendly interaction and went to the back and voila all fixed up - and for free 🔥

The Store itself is excellent. The employees are awesome. We had an appointment with Charlie, and he made us feel really welcomed and not rushed. Even in the middle of the new iPhone release madness.

Came here to trade in an iPhone for the Apple Upgrade Program. Waited less than 1 minutes for someone to help me out and the entire process took less than 2 minutes as I’d already cleared the device for Factory Reset. I immediately received my receipts via email and the associated loan was closed out. Staff were very helpful and explained everything clearly. The store itself was absolutely packed after 4:30 pm and there is virtually no parking besides street metered parking but the surrounding area has a lot of truck loading signs and meter maids writing tickets, so be wary. There are underground lots nearby and lots of public transportation options. All the latest apple products and accessories were in stock at this location from what I could see.

I visited this Apple Store outside of the standard busy hours and was pleasantly surprised by the design and layout of the store. In addition, I found the staff to be helpful, professional and quite knowledgeable. This is more impressive when you factor in that it has only been open for a week now. Can't wait to stop by for a workshop.

Needed to get my battery replaced in my laptop. Was quoted 5 day pickup time and $250. It was done in 3 days and went to pick it up; didn’t realize they needed IDs (I left my wallet at home) so I had to get some help, but with some documentation, I was able to pick up my laptop without any hassle. Really helpful employees, pretty fast service, in and out within 30 minutes with a genius appointment on a weekday.

Had an appointment and took them 20 minutes to see me after my scheduled time but the customer support I received made up for it! I came in for a screen replacement and my representative named Los was professional, friendly and quick to help with the service! I came back in an hour and my phone was ready!! Definitely a packed Apple Store but the employees were nice!! Will come back here if I ever need too!

Always a good experience here. Roberto provided excellent and helpful service. Had to get my macbook in to be repaired and was told that it would be 5 days but got it in 4 days. Very satisified with service.

Best AppleStore in Brooklyn, friendly staff, teaching older people how to use the iPhone. I ordered a new MacBook Air 15, for work and study I was satisfied with the service and quality products. thank you very much.

Fabiana was great , I wasn’t really enjoying my experience just do to the sheer traffic of the store, nothing to do with staff, but when she helped me the recommendations given and the level of service were top tier. Definitely prefer this location over the Manhattan store.

I don’t even care to sound like a robot stuck on the same thing anymore. Every Apple store I have ever visited has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Even today, the day after the iPhone Xs launch, the employees are all calm, cool, and collected. They’re simultaneously processing in store pick up, Genius Bar reservations, and walk in all while keeping things at the usual apple store simmer. The store is really nice, a few tall trees throughout the store that double as circular sitting booths help to accentuate the layout. All usual apple products are on display and accessories are further to the back. Clean bathroom, tons of space to navigate and an easy to reach location really make this location, like the others, an all around pleasant site to visit.

The service was exceptionally commendable, demonstrating both professionalism and efficiency.
