I also had an awesome experience with Irene at this location. She took her time to meet and greet with me prior to my move in. She delivered exceptional customer service and was very informative with the details of my rental and very welcoming. I can’t wait to continue being a customer with this company. The website was easy to use, and shortly after renting the space I received a call from Irene confirming the unit and addressing any questions. Knowing the office hours and gate hours was very helpful, as the units are not accessible 24/7. Make sure to consult the team or website and any movers before scheduling anything!

After arriving to Extra Storage Space, the team was super friendly and helpful getting me settled in. Tiara showed me how to access the space, walked me to the unit, and offered me my lock which is included with the rental.

After a hectic day, my phone's battery was low, and Tiara made my day by offering me a charger. It's nice to have a well-run process after the stress involved with a move. I look forward to working with the team again!

The two staff members on January 5 were excellent the compassion and understanding was out standing. My husband and I both senior and disabled facing emptying our flooded unit was extremely hard we have been in this location for more than 25 years this was one of two units damaged am grateful it was the smallest unit.
