Got our roof racks and accessories here, Brian is the best. Gave us a rundown about what we needed and what we did not need. Showed us the installation process and gave us good tips for maintenance. Went back when we were purchasing a car to get advice with moving our equipment to the new vehicle. Got to learn what we could and couldn’t reuse. Crazy helpful again. Nice people, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are competitive.

A beautiful young man with a charming personality & excellent customer service skills helped me to find a pair of ski boots today. For the average person - this may sound like a normal easy experience. But for me - someone with larger calves - this was more difficult. He said to me as I walked in not to worry and took extra care to ensure that I walked out with comfortable and stylish boots. Thank you so much Jackson for your lovely service.

Stopped here today for new snowboard boots, Brian and Cam helped me out. Super nice guys, they even stuck the bindings on my board (didn't buy the board or bindings there) which gave me time to chat. Really knowledgeable guys that you can bounce any general questions you have off of. That's something you can't get online.

I tried on a pair of boots that fit well and was gonna buy them, cam insisted I try a few more, sure enough I found an even better pair. If he just cared about the sale I wouldn't have left with the best boots possible, and they are honestly the most comfortable snowboard boots I've ever worn (the heat molding on your feet definitly helps).

You won't find a better spot than this for winter sports. It's about an hour away for me but it's always worth the trip!

This ski shop is a great place to go if you are looking to buy ski equipment! I came in with my boyfriend with the intention of buying ski boots for myself, and to have his equipment ready for the season. It was a bit busy since we did come in on a Saturday afternoon, so we maybe had to wait 5 minutes to get an employee to help us. I specifically worked with Connor, who was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about ski equipment specifically. I am a fairly beginner skier, so I came in with a lot of questions, and Connor answered all of my questions, and walked through his logic and reasoning for choosing some products over others. With the boots, he explained to me how each part of the boot operated and how to adjust it to make sure I get the most comfortable ski experience. I also bought my skis there as well as my boots. Again, Connor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with answering all of my questions. He also did not push the "most expensive" model, but found a pair of skis that fit my level of expertise and what I needed. All in all, I was incredibly happy with the customer service that I received!

Been here twice with a friend. First for helmets and later for goggles. Great experience for both of us both times. Brittany patiently helped us look through goggles, explained the differences and even did a little extra research to answer our more technical questions. When buying helmets we received similar attention from the employee (unfortunately forgot her name).

This is where you have to go and rent or buy skis! The people are so nice and helpful and they have a great supply!

They often have great deals and ensuring you have the right fit, gear, etc. is their objective, not just making a sale. I have gone there for years and can't speak highly enough about them. They are awesome!!

Great customer service that went above and beyond! Ryan took care of 2 separate issues we had with 2 different ski manufacturers. He guided us through the process and made helpful suggestions to make sure that we were able to get our issues resolved quickly and easily. We will be customers for life.

I’ve rented skis for my kids there for more than 10 years and they always do a great job. I bought a pair of ski boots there yesterday and they took so much time to make sure I got the right boots and that everything fit great. I always think it’s a good sign when you see the same people working in the store year after year. Rich really knows what he’s doing!

Some people want to go to Vermont or someplace either for a boot fitting??? Why? They are incredible here. They will spend as much time as needed and make sure that your boot fits. If it's not right, they will make it right.

My family and I have been shopping at Ski Haus for years, it is a far drive for us but worth it. It is the only store we will go to for ski equipment, the others in the area are not up to par. The selection and quality is top notch but you get value for value. The staff is always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They spend as much time as you need to make the proper choice and sometimes actually steer you to another item that costs less because it fits your needs better. They never push you to buy something that you don't need or won't work well for you. Bev, one of the family owners, is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. She treats us as if we were part of her family. There are not enough words to describe how she has bent over backwards doing flips to help us select the proper clothing. She is the clothing buyer and knows her inventory well. She may even tell you to wait until next season because something better is coming. If you are dissatisfied, she will do all in her power and go out of her way to remedy the situation. When it comes to equipment, the rest of the staff jumps in with a large body of expert knowledge and information, always willing to help with patience. Nobody would say I am easy to please and I do not like shopping but, by far, Ski Haus is the best, most pleasant shopping experience I have ever had. And no, I do not work for her nor am I related, I just like the store. I wish others would follow their customer service model. Customer always comes first, Treat your customer well, they will come back.

I wanted to thank Ryan and his team. They were amazingly knowledgeable about everything they sell. Ryan helped me pick the perfect pair of skis for my wife who's a beginner/intermediate skier. He really knew his stuff. After picking his brain a little as I also needed a whole new setup he worked hard letting me try on many pairs of boots and man did I find a great pair. He also helped me narrow down skis I was interested in. The man is a walking review page and is spot on everything he tells you. I'm an advanced skier and he helped me pick out the Nordica Enforcer 93s. I am so excited to try these All-mountain skis out. Thank you to Ryan and his team for really giving you that one on one attention while in the store. It really helped make the process so relaxed as they did all the work for you. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who's shopping for skis or any other winter snowsport gear. Don't waste your time going to a shop where you have inexperienced workers just selling a product to sell it. The passion for the sport is really felt here.

My daughter has been getting her outerwear, ski boots and skis at Ski Haus for the past 12 years. We have always gotten great quality products and expert advice for very fair prices. Even though we don't live nearby we take the time to drive to Brewster to get the proper fit and gear.
