Precision Painting Plus of Brooklyn

Precision Painting Plus has done an excellent professional job all the way through out on my new purchased apartment with both the services and the actual finished work (painting for the entire apt and carpentry works with the quarter round). What matters most is their collaborative manner on the project to achieve the result I have planned out to do, and got done in the most efficient way. The first estimation visit was an easy set up and on a timely manner. Ross and his staff not only was thorough with the visit, Ross has provided a lot of great sound advices with his knowledge on how paint works and how it looks aesthetically, and pointed out production matters. It certainly a learning experience for me, what I appreciated the most to have a second visit with sample testing based on my chosen colors. To be able to see the paint applied directly on the wall, it’s quite ensuring with peace of mind on the color picks. Juliana was super helpful with getting the COI and paper work done, getting the work dates locked in. Thank you for their flexibility and responsiveness to work with my changing schedule. During the work dates, the friendly crew arrived on time every day, and ready to work. The production manager, Hilmer were there at the start (with another thorough walk through with the crew), came in time-to-time to check on the progress, and at the end to ensure all tasks were completed with great quality. Hilmer was super responsive and would reach out to me when certain decision need to be made on the spots, and kept me in the loop. The best paints were chosen with Benjamin Moore, and they were able to do custom-mixing to achieve the effect. I highly recommend this Brooklyn PPP team, and they have full service beyond interior and exterior wall painting, it also includes wall paper installation, flooring and carpentry works, etc. Make sure you ask.

These guys are the best. We had a difficult painting and reno project that included painting elaborate Victorian style wood trim as well as walls, an unexpected leak repair that lead to a room being completely stripped to the studs and repaired and a bathroom tile job. They handle all of this with professionalism and all the men and women on the job, from the project manager on down, were lovely and professional. And they stayed on budget!! I highly recommend them!!

We had the cornice, window trim and front door of our three story brick Brooklyn home scraped and painted by Precision Painting. They made the process smooth and simple. Juliana, the account manager, responded to all our questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. The different project managers came by every day to check on the workers progress and to confirm we were happy with the progress. The workers were friendly and accommodating. Lovely experience with Ross from Precision Painting Plus having parts of our office space painted. We didn't need whole rooms done, so we were able to work out a price for 2 painters for a block of time where we specified which walls, trim, and doors to paint. The guys securely covered and moved our furniture, brought all the paint and materials, and did a great job painting. We are very pleased and are using Precision Painting now for their power washing service.

We needed the siding of our home painted and they were able to work with our tight deadline. The price was similar to other quotes we received but Precision Painting seemed the most knowledgeable and professional. We are so happy with the newly painted siding--our home looks so much better!

The painter, Evert, was in and out in 4 hours, from prepping with drop cloths to out the door. He’s so skilled and precise that he didn’t even need painters tape. Truly impressive work!
