Key Food Supermarkets

One of the best regular supermarkets in the neighborhood with decent prices. That do have some organic stuff but not a whole lot. What really surprised me though was these compotes I found in the packaged (non refrigerated) juices section. They are Apri brand and made in Armenian and are absolutely delicious and wonderfully healthy! They had options if quince, peach, cherry, cornelian cherry, or cherry apricot. I'm really excited about them and plan on buying more! The one issue I had was that the barcode didn't work at checkout. Please add it to your system Keyfood!!!

They have everything here from fruits and veggies to deodorant and soap, eggs, juices, beer, ice cream, frozen foods, bread, ice, etc.

They now have a frozen organic baby food package in their freezer case (by the vegetables) to easily make your own organic baby food for those who are interested.

I'm really happy with their self checkout kiosks they put in not too long ago. They definitely get you checked out quicker and less wait time.

Watch their sales, they have some pretty good deals sometimes!

Beautiful store, lots of selection in a small space. Nice produce, cheese, and local bread. It’s also a very pristine store and we’ll stocked.

In early 2020, global health, public health and national emergencies were declared.

Health workers and mandated workers, (grocery stores and liquor stores, etc.) risked THEIR lives providing essential services.

Key Food on Montague Street has been delivering those essential services. It is a good store, centrally located, prices are fair and it is well stocked; most of the employees are terrific! Because of rampant shoplifting, the manager was forced to use one exit and entry door. On March 6, 2023, the manager tried to stop a shoplifter and he was threatened with a knife, he gave chase, the criminal escaped, however, thankfully Mr. Arguello was physically unharmed. Lawlessness is not the way we should be thanking our essential workers!

Great nitro coffee selection. (Bonus: pretty solid craft beer singles as well)

Not your typical Key Foods. Feels like a gourmet whole foods.

Key Foods Montague is my go-to grocery store. Its clean, progressive with new brands and lot of specialty/imported foods, a great prepared section, and little details that make it far superior to the standard Key Foods. I love the owners who are a local neighborhood family and work in the stores everyday. A very classy and convenient grocery.

First time being in here and I can save my experience was very good the cash register people are on points they're friendly polite and nice and talk to you like a person that say thank you and this place has everything from shampoo to deodorant to Wood varnishes to everything that you need them his like hardware store on CVS all combined in one I love this store a lot.

The place is clean, well stocked, and the workers are pleasant! I always visit this particular key food store, when in the area.

Can't beat the prices! Their on sale items have amazing prices. Haven't had a problem here so far. I will be updating this review as time goes on.

I liked the service that was provided to me on Sunday by an Asian girl standing by the selfcheck out helped me a lot to get all my groceries
