In the past I rarely posted positive reviews, typically a "buyer beware" or "beware of service" type of guy, but wanted to give the guys at Steve Adams Plumbing a shout out for how quickly they responded to my service calls and attentive to detail they were. Finding honest, respectful and knowledgeable businesses is extremely hard these days, no one seems to take pride in their work anymore. In my opinion there has been a shift in the service industry to fast, sloppy, expensive and on to the next job mentality. Did not experience any of that with Peter's team. Would absolutely request their services in the future. Great group to work with and without a doubt would and will recommend to friends and family.

These guys are the worst. My family was using Steve Adams for 30 years and now something has changed. I first made an appointment for them to fix a shower, they never showed up. Then I made another appointment and they didn't show up again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and the third time they showed up. They had to replace a shower cartridge and put it in upside down. I called them and told them it wasn't working and they never responded to my calls. I'm done with them they ripped me off for 600 plus dollars. I had another plumber come out and fix it for $150.

I have a brand new house and the subcontractor who did the plumbing was Steve Adams Jr Plumbing & Heating Inc. They did a substandard job on my house. I have had nothing but multiple plumbing issues ranging from not having heat and hot water to not having running water from our well in addition to not hooking up the boiler properly and pipes being hooked up incorrectly. I can go on and on but the list is simply to long of their incompetence. On many occasions I have called them to fix one problem or another. They would come and address the problem in an inefficient manner as they would not check their work over thus creating additional problems. Moreover you cannot expect them to come in a timely manner. Our last experience with them my husband argued with them which shows they are not only below average plumbers they are rude people who do not put their customers needs above their own. I would not recommend them to anyone as they are unacceptable plumbers who skills sets are second-rated.

Well, as of now the rating is 1 but should be in the negatives!!! I have been waiting since January 3rd for Peter to fix our issue. It is now January 26th and has still not been addressed! I have called him 3 days in a row to no avail. Last Wednesday he said the part they need came in two days prior. So, that would be January 15th, but they were so backed up he would get back to me in a couple of days. And, still has not or even called me back!!!!

Ive never used their services but one of their trucks was speeding VERY fast around our neighborhood which is extremely kid oriented. I had to jump out of the road with my babies…please slow down!

Horrible. Rude and comes whenever he wants. Haven’t had water for 5 days! And he keeps coming and leaving without fixing anything!!
