One of the few staples left in Rochester...its a shame that there arent more mom and pop establishments left. With the large companies the personal interaction is missing! Love this place

Had issues with hot water heater, Jeff and Jim did an outstanding job between communication, flexibility in scheduling and quickly worked to resolve an unforseen issue within our new home. We will be contacting them again for any future needs. Absolutely would recommend. Thank you!

Excellent service!!! They are more than just a hardware store. If you are a single woman in need of home repairs start here. They are honest and do not inflate the prices. And they are so knowledgeable! I've been coming to them for 10 years now.

A Rheem 50 gal hot water tank was installed on 2/8/22 by Sean and his helper., sent by Sniderman Hardware. VERY CLEAN install!
I would have him return to fix anything plumbing in my home, he wore PPE, shoe protectors, very courteous. Cleaned up the old tank.

Best guys in town for anything you can’t find anywhere else !!guy was closing the shop when my part came in couldn’t make it in time so he left it with his neighbor for me to pick up .also my part wasn’t in stock so they ordered and got here in 3 days

Great place I called these guys on a part for a 30 yr old furnace and they found the part I needed right away. Can't begin to tell you how thankful I am. These guys came through when I was in a panic about my family having heat with all the cold weather we are having.

Well stocked for piping and electrical maintenance stuff. Not necessarily an all-around shop to walk/browse... Everything is behind counters on shelves to pull. Folks were quick, knowledgeable, and helpful!

When ever I needed something I’d go to Sniderman’s hardware store you had to stand in the front and someone would come back with what you needed.

They came and fixed my water heater when no one else could come, it was after hours on a Friday, these people are great

I needed a furnace and I bought one from snyderman's the furnace had a problem, they came out checked out the problem, and switched out the defective one for a newer better one. Good people who stand behind what they sell.

Jeff provided excellent customer service, solving for me a potentially catastrophic heating issue, including a same day service call.

Always great guys. This is one of the last true hardware stores. Most of the time the price is the same or even better then depot or Lowes and they actually know what they are talking about.
