Unapologetically Unprofessional. They blamed me for ordering off of an email sent to me from them stating that they made spirit wear for our team. When they sent mine and several others to the wrong Coach on a completely different team, I was the first to notify them when I inquired about my items. Yet I was the last to know when the items were made available because NO ONE reached out to me at all. I just so happened to call 3rd game day and when I did go to the store for my shipment the lady was not sincere nor apologetic about the mishap.
I expressed my dissatisfaction with the transaction as a whole and she made excuses stating, “how did you even receive that email…? You shouldn’t have ordered off of there… It’s really no one’s fault this happened.”
Despite she and I had been corresponding prior to that day on multiple occasions she said, “Deanna was supposed to reach out and let you know your items were here, not me.”
UNACCEPTABLE!
