This place is incredible. They do 1 hour foot rubs for $40- SUCH a great value, the practitioners are hospitable and professional, and one of the things I find to be incredibly important is that they have great technique. They make you feel like you’re getting a deep tissue massage in your feet and you discover muscles you didn’t know you had. It seems like they have a specific routine, so if you go with a friend you’ll never feel like the two of you are getting different experiences.

It doesn't get better than Renew Day Spa. The staff has always been professional, respectful, and talented. I often request male masseuses and I always feel comfortable. The value you get for the super good price can't be beat.

I've come here for over a decade and I don't even live in NYC anymore but every single time I come back to visit, I have to come here for an incredible 1 hour foot and 1 hour body massage. Thank you!!

Make a reservation if you can since times fill up fast! I wanted a full body massage but they were all booked. They were, however, very accommodating and suggested a 30 min foot rub and 30 minute chair massage. They were amazing. I felt sooo light after. Will definitely be coming back again!

I loved my time at Renew Day Spa! I had a maternity massage and it was lovely. She focused on everything I needed and more! She listened to me when I asked for lighter pressure and she accommodated all of my needs! Would recommend!!

Had an incredible 90min massage here ! Always a great experience ~ very clean and comfortable. Best massage in New York ~ highly suggest. When you get 90min you also get a head massage which is amazing.

The experience was great. The staff is very professional and friendly and explained everything in detail before, during and after. For someone who works in physical labor my body was tight and needed to relax. The person who massaged me was Frank. If you prefer someone who can massage harder, he is your guy.

They will definitely help you to feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Renew Day Spa.

Had an amazing massage. I was looking for an affordable place and so glad I found Renew Spa. They have a lot of positive reviews and now I know why. I got a 60 min body work plus 30 min reflexology for less than half I would pay at a spa. Definitely no frills but you’ll feel amazing!

Always so great. Have been to both locations numerous times. I always ask for medium pressure, and they are so great about reading my body and giving the exact amount of persistence it needs. Define you recommend!

Came in for a 30 min couple massage with my partner and it was amazing. Despite only having 30 minutes the masseuse was very thorough and even used hot stones before they were done. Will definitely come back when I need a pick me up!

Did a couple message. It was so nice and clean. We walked in on a Friday morning around 11am and was able to get in right away. They were very nice and the message were so good. Nicole who gave me the message hit every spot. Definitely will come back!

Simply Fantastic! I opted for the special. 60min body massage and 15min foot rub. Lucas was my therapist and he had some serious strong hands, which I appreciate! He was kind and made sure I was doing ok during the massage. Great Experience! The Foot Rub was incredible and I did not wanted it to stop! I'll be back.

Super consistent service, great massages from about the ten different professionals I have seen so far. I have many back and neck issues and they systematically ease my pain. It’s no fuss, respectful and reliable.

By far the best massage I’ve gotten in NYC! Got the body work + head and foot rub and had no regrets, I felt like just about every knot was worked out and the masseuse really knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful experience here with my wife. The staff was friendly and welcomed us in as a walk in right as they opened. We both did a 60min foot massage and the massage therapists were amazing. Both were very strong, but gentle when needed. We enjoyed it so much we actually fell asleep a few times! The chairs are extremely comfortable! Don’t hesitate to come!

My partner and I got a couple’s massage, one hour body, half four foot massage, +10 each for the oil. We paid cash so, before tip, we paid $85 each which is very reasonable. They communicate well what kind of pressure you like, and their technique is lots of forearm. I enjoyed my visit here, I will be back!

Incredible spot! Got a couples massage with my partner and we both left feeling so refreshed, relaxed, and well attended to! Highly recommend adding the 15 minute head massage at the end of your visit! Wow. Will be coming back soon
