The Christ Hospital Lab Draw Site & Pre-Surgery Testing

This location has always provided pleasant service, in my experience. I have used the laboratory services on several occasions, usually around 8 am. There is rarely a wait for check-in, and I have waited 10 minutes at most for the blood draw. The staff is efficient and courteous. Parking is more than adequate.

Wanda is the best phlebotomist around. One-stick with the needle, quick and painless.

The staff was friendly and courteous, even at 7:00 a.m. Quick and painless blood draw. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

They are courteous and good at their jobs.

Professional staff

While this is a great place, the blood test I need is only drawn Mon - Thurs all hours and Fri until 11. So, I went Fri during hours, but they wouldn't do it because it was after 11. Makes no sense to me. Now I need to make another trip. It would help if when I called, they would state not all tests are done during all operating hours.

Mica is extremely rude!! She doesn't know how to do her job right and have a huge attitude. I went draw blood and she was the worst I ever had. If I could, I will give her 0 star. The two stars are for the other ladies work there, I never had any issues until her!

I’m a nurse and this location normally has a very good and efficient lab. Not today. I waited for 40 minutes (and had an appointment) while the phlebotomist ate her lunch and talked on the phone. She said she didn’t see my paperwork, which was turned in 10 minutes before appointment. She was not kind and I left there upset because all I could think of was how rude she was and how no patient should be treated that way.

My mom went to get a COVID test today and the lady that was before her in line had lost her sense of taste and smell plus had congestion and was there to get a test. My mom asked if they would give her wipe to sanitize the pen and the lady said they weren’t allowed to have stuff out on the counter, therefore she had to use the same pen that the sick lady before her used. The wipes were RIGHT NEXT TO THE RECEPTIONIST, she was so rude and l she wouldn’t clean the pen or give me mom a new one to use. This makes absolutely no sense at all! Then, they had messed up the test orders so she wasn’t even able to get tested today, completely their fault. Just frustrating experience all around.

Always slow. The other labs at Christ are a lot quicker. I know this because I get lab work 2 to 3 times a month.
