I saw Dr. Kenel-Pierre for the first time recently due to my previous doctor no longer being covered by my insurance. I have been going to GYNs for 20 years, in several different states, and I think he has the best bed-side manor of any I've ever seen. He has a whole-person focus on wellness and he never seemed rushed. Also, the waiting room was peaceful and there was a smooth and well-organized check-in process.

Tech were seemingly caring great & efficient & seem knowledgeable. but my wait time was crazy almost had to call out of work because I was there just waiting 2 even be called & checked in way too long they specified to arrive about 20 min before your appointment yet I was still there waiting with my name on the arrival sheet way after that . But as soon as I brought it 2 their attention it seemed 2 b taken care of but I shouldn't have to mention anything
