Was able to make a same day appointment for my wife who had been ill for 3 days, courteous and efficient staff and the doctor we saw, Dr. Steven Riggs was thorough, listened, friendly and spot on in his assessment and recomendations.

Fort Atkinson Dean Clinic has ZERO bedside manor, they don't listen, and they act like the health issue the patient is feeling isn't real. The office staff is terrible, my son had to sign a form at least 5 times for medical records to be released - "because they kept losing or misplacing the documents". Unprofessional Unreliable

Dr Kohlste is not very helpful. I would recommend finding another doctor. The staff outside of him were friendly. But He didn’t care to listen or help you at all! He was very dismissive of what you had to say and doesn’t believe what you have been previously diagnosed with.. I went then again for ear pain and was told there is nothing wrong with me... So I Found a new provider all together with Aurora and am extremely happy because they diagnosed my ear problem. I had an ear infection due to allergy problems. Oh and they are helping me for everything that has been previously diagnosed to control my health!! Please don’t see them.

I was trying to establish care. I saw April Garcia. I have documented disks that are bad, and came to her with a pain contract from my old dictoe. My insurance recently switched. She came in and told me she could wean me off my meds but she would not prescribe them. I said wean me off of what? Some days I dont even take them. She then walked out off the room and left me there. So unprofessional, and treated me awful. I obviously switched doctors. Im still at clinic though, and recently I sent message to my new doctor and asked for refil. They were out so April Garcia took it upon herself to refil my prescription and changed it. She is not my doctor!!

Kimberly Day is the worst. Unprofessional and uneducated about most basic health problems. Would not recommend her for anything.

Long waits, doctors who don’t want to listen, and outrageous prices. $273 for a less than 15min checkup with a doctor who dismisses your concerns.

Doctors deny “previous diagnoses” of chronic Lyme disease, disabling symptoms & persistent pain...treat you like your crazy...beyond inhumane !!!
