It's an amazing stores all in all they have very nice and helpful people who go out of their way to satisfy their customers.especially Love cashier Millie and others that I don't know their names.right now all the deli staff are very helpful but especially ones that know my family as we are regular customers of the store..The prices are high on some items but they have weekly sales that is great .

The cake I ordered for my daughter's Birthday exceeded my expectations! I don't know which associate decorated the cake but the addition of the seaweed (which I didn't specifically ask for) completely made the cake! To who ever was this cakes artist, you did an amazing job, keep doing what your doing! It was delicious and visually appealing. You made my 4 year olds day!

I like this grocery store for their variety in a relatively small town. It is not your giant grocery store, but it has good produce and their meat and seafood deli is on point.

Their prices are higher than some large economy type places, but the value still holds if your local and need the convenience of close by.

Good selection. Their finest employee recently passed away (he meant a lot to many of us), but they still have a good team overall. My family shops here often.

Incredible deli! Friendly staff. Prices are a little higher than some places, but this is our favorite local grocer. Quality is good and the organization makes sense. Things are where you would expect them to be!

The employees are so helpful & knowledge about items in the store. I always get treated kindly & appreciate it!! My only concern is the meat in the deli! I don't understand why it's sliced & laying there. Deli meat is sliced fresh & thick or thin as you like it. For a while way back I was told reason I couldn't get my cut fresh. So I stopped buying my lunch meat there. Pick & save doesn't sliced it till you ask for it. That's the way I grew up! Go to Valli produce in Rockford. Their deil meat case is longer then festivals meat & sides. It's all slice to order & no one cares they have to wait!! It's just the way it's done!!.

I love this grocery store! They have great sales. It's always clean and the associates are always so friendly, even if I forget my flyer for the discounts. I really like the yellow festival bags too. They are big enough for more grocery to fit and also fit in my trash cans as a liner.

I love Festival Foods. Reasonable prices. Great meat, produce, dairy, and deli departments. Good selection of bakery goods. Tasty bakery Italian bread packed in a paper bag to keep the crust extra crusty. Well stocked selection of groceries including a lot of hard to find specialty items. Good variety of freshly made grab and go salads and entrees which are also offered in small portion sizes, which I appreciate. Exceptional customer service and fast checkout lines. If you aren't shopping here you should be.

Great service from deli to cashier. All were helpful since we visit maybe once a quarter when in town. Great coupon sales and every cart rolls perfect 🤣👍

Wonderful place very clean! I was having trouble finding some hot sauce and asked one person and next thing I know I had about 4 people looking around the store helping me 😍. Amazing customer service 2 thumbs way up high!!

The staff members at this store are very helpful, and very knowledgeable as to where all the products are. You can ask anyone where something is and they'll take you straight there. The store is always very clean, and I have never seen expired products on the shelf. Also, they have a very impressive bakery, deli, and butcher department. This is the grocery store to go to if you're on Fort Atkinson!

Ordered A delivery on (Instacart) It was unbelievable how fast my groceries came, how neatly they were packed, & they kept in very close contact with me! (Your shoppers name is, "Debbi") *example* She is shopping now. She is getting ready to check out, would you like to add anything else to your order?, Debbi has checked out & is on her way, your groceries have been delivered! It is GREAT! (I didn't have a vehicle that day) It was an AMAZING experience & I WILL do it again! Everything was great!
