X-treme Smoke & Vapor (Fort Atkinson)

Great store, go there for everything! Specifically though, Carl is part of what makes this store my favorite! He is extremely knowledgeable of the products and is always super friendly and helpful! If I'm going in to buy something new and need to compare I make sure Carl is there to explain it to me! He's never not been able to tell me everything I need to know about anything in that store!

The gentleman at the store was wonderful I explained my situation and he helped me with very good knowledge of what I needed and what you know would be the the better thing for me so I really really enjoyed my experience and extreme smoking vape

They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and are super easy to get in contact with. The hours open is a huge plus in Fort Atkinson vs the other stores as well. Great stock and amazing customer service.

I went here for the first time today. The young lady Clara helped me and WAS AMAZING!! I’m totally clueless to vapes and had no idea what I needed! She was patient with me and got me the easiest one to use! She also took her time to read me the vape flavors as my vision isn’t so good! These days good customer service is hard to come by and folks get frustrated easily when you have lots of questions. This young lady did not! You definitely earned a new customer and will be back faithfully! Clara if you see this, great job! Thank you for your kindness! I was having a rough morning and you made it so much better by just being kind!
