The sales associate Anthony was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He went over my whole plan told me what I needed and what I didn’t need and was able to lower my bill $60 a month and was able to get me into a new I phone 14 pro. I can’t thank him enough for all the help that night.

Went to Verizon Patchogue and was serviced by the most incredible knowledgeable professional sales rep Anthony. He was a sample of pure professionalism that took the time to hear my needs and service me accordingly. He made me feel like I wanted to stay loyal and be a customer of Verizon forever. We are customers for 17 years and would never go to another provider. Anthony is another great product of fine superior customer service of the Verizon family.

I recently visited this store to see my options on upgrading phones and managing my plan. Anthony very clearly went through several options that were available to me and maintained his patience with all my questions throughout. He provided me really valuable information and I am thrilled with the plan I selected. The next day I cam in to trade in one of my older iphones and Ronnel walked me through the whole process to make sure I received the appropriate value and limited process headaches. Needless to say, very happy with the service provided by Anthony and Ronnel

Always have very pleasant experiences with particular Verizon location. Anthony was very helpful with getting a new phone and setting up a new plan. Never had a bad experience here .

I went to Verizon because I thought my phone had a virus and the manager looked at it and said that it was an app that I downloaded but he had alot of trouble deleting it. He worked on it for about 40 minutes and finally was able to remove that app and get my phone back to normal. I am so grateful and appreciative of the time and help he took to delete that app. Thank you so much!

I have dealt with Kimberly both times when I originally set my plan up and after my daughter lost her phone. She is absolutely the best associate there. Both times Kimberly gave me options on what was best for me and both times she was patient with me the whole time. Nice store. I walked in first then stopped at the door to use the hand sanitizer. Another customer came in and proceeded to get service. The worker kindly asked him to wait because I came through the door first. I was shocked and happy for the acknowledgement. I thanked both men and was waited on. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. The tables have plexi glass to conduct business safely and santiziers at every station.

One of only a handful of corporate stores on Long Island, definitely worth the trip! Alicia Boyle helped me rearrange my account and add a line that had been on AT&T and saved me a bunch on my monthly bill. Will be getting new phones here soon as well.

I had a great experience here, MUCH better customer service than the Verizon store at the mall in Lake Grove. Ryan was a great help, he wasn't pushy or rude. Yea, it's there job but he was actually good at it. I had issues with the phone went back and wasn't given any trouble. Ryan was there again and explained things to the associate helping us. Spending the money doesn't hurt as much when the people help are actually good.

Ask for Raj! I bought three phones with him and he is absolutely fantasic. Very patient and explains things about the product in easy to understand wording.

Of all the Verizon stores Patchogue is the best if you are lucky you will get help from Chelsea she truly knows how to solve all the problems you could possibly have with cell phones and tablets all the people there are responsive and ready to help unlike the other stores that I've noticed thank you Patchogue

At first they messed up the installation of my screen protector, but when I went back they fixed it very quickly with no hassle.
