Has a nice mom & pop feel to it and prices are actually better then expected. At the time I'm writing this, mid 2023 as prices of eggs took a deep dive in price, this mini mart actually lower the prices for egg sandwiches. Who does that???

I've shopped at this deli for the 25 years I've lived in the parkland neighborhood & I was friendly with the previous owners & happy with their service. But I have to admit the recent owners are AMAZING!!! They are so friendly & helpful, they keep the store clean and well stocked always. They talk to the customers & get to know them and what they like. The owners are in store everyday at all times, they are a husband & wife team with their son all working at the store to make this a truly family friendly store & business. I can honestly say "I love my deli & it's staff!"

I love the Community Market. The owner, Joanne and Steve run a great place and of course Elaine keeps all the customers happy as does Frank in the deli
