Horrendous experience addressing a claim, zero responsiveness to calls and emails! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO GET ANY SERVICE. They take your premiums but don’t reply respond or act at all professionally when it comes to a claim.

This agency is terrible. They are completely unresponsive to numerous requests for help on a claim from my 80 year old mother. DO NOT use them and if you already are, switch agencies before you need something.
