The ambience is great and super cozy. The bottle shop is so cute and the food and drinks are freaking amazing.
The service is top notch. Everybody was extremely friendly.
The drink menu was from another planet. So many options for all tastes. I had the sugarcane island and I loved it. The mushroom pasta was delicious!!! I super recommend this place.

Wowsers, did this exceed expectations. Kind of a strange location. I know the brand and label, so of course, I'm interested when I first found it on Google. I've been to a couple places now in these corporate park type locations. It seems to be an indicator. 🔥🔥 This was such a delight. Bartender was smooth and laid back.l. Knowledgeable, but didn't bug me about anything. He was interesting and talented. The cocktail menu is sorted by region and ingredients. Very cool. I got a little adventurous at first, and finished with a lovely negroni with Barrel aged gin. Ok, maybe I had 2. The short rib was a delight. Perfectly moist, no artificial smoke flavor. The jicama was refreshing. The sauce was absolute fire. I'll be back next time in Columbus, fer sure.

Watershed is one of my favorite places in Columbus for cocktails, and the food is always equally as amazing. We finally did the distillery tour and it was fun, informative, and our tour guides were clearly passionate about what they do. Happy hour is a great deal too!

We toured the distillery, then had dinner. There were six of us. We all had a drink in the bar before the tour. The tour was extremely interesting and informative. The guide was very knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend. We then went to the restaurant for dinner. Service was fast and very friendly. The food was amazing.

A stellar restaurant week visit. The place was packed but service was still amazing. We picked the recommended sea bass and the chop. Cooked to perfection. The cocktails were updated from my last visit, we had fun picking our choices based on the names. I cant wait for the next visit to try to find my favourite one(s)

Great service and food! Had a reservation for dinner at 7 on the patio. It started raining so they quickly moved us inside and sat us immediately. Ambiance was really cool. Dinner menu had a decent selection but the drink menu was huge! We had the brussel sprouts and bread & spread for appetizers, both were delicious. Entree’s I tried the Short Rib and the Smashburger, both were great!! Was shocked how good the burger was and it came with a ton of fries. Decent portions for everything.

Great service and wonderful dining experience with our group of 8. The back room is perfect for a gathering. Cocktail menu is fun and delicious drinks. Short ribs were 😘 delicious! Will return again- if your think you've arrived at the wrong location in a commercial complex, you've arrived!

Went with a couple of friends from out of town. Sat at the bar. Great cocktail selection divided by regions around the world. Our bartender Todd was great. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I set up a reservation on Valentine’s Day for my wife and I. Thank God they serve tasty mocktails because my wife is pregnant and we had a very knowledgeable server who guided her in the right direction and loved her drink.

Awesome place and worth the short drive from downtown or Short North. Cool setting in a distillery with a rich, yet contemporary tone. Lots of interesting cocktails, as expected for a distillery, but they also maintain a modest size, but very well curated wine and beer list. The fried chicken, braised short rib and pork chop were all spectacular, as were desserts -- especially the clafoutis. Our server was fantastic (friendly and on-point) and handled our group of seven like a pro. I'd definitely recommend for groups

This place is hidden away and easy to overlook, but you'd be making a mistake if you did. This very well may be one of the best restaurants in Columbus! They serve elevated dishes utilizing fresh, local ingredients. Unique flavor combinations, well-prepared meats, beautiful plating... they have all the characteristics of a high-end restaurant except the prices. Their chef's tasting menu is far less expensive than you'll find most places, and gives you more freedom to explore 4 courses from their ever-changing menu. They also have a super extensive and creative cocktail menu. They have a distillery apart from the restuarant, so all spirits are made in-house. Service is excellent. Ambiance is attractive, but not overly fancy. Watershed is a foodie's paradise! Do yourself a favor and reserve a table.. now!

Came here for date night and it was a great fit! We splurged a bit so got the bread and spread (carrot hummus and miso butter), wings, steak, and short ribs. I wouldn’t normally order the short ribs based on the sides it presented with but I ended up enjoying the summer squash and corn mix! Also the bread pudding was to die for 😩😩😩

I love the concept of the drink menu which consists of various trip destinations and the associated drinks. The regular menu did not disappoint as well. Simple options but so much flavor. I was away for a work trip and enjoyed the fried brussel sprouts and short rib. Service was excellent with the servers being knowledgeable of the menu beyond expectations. I took advantage and my servers recommendations which were excellent.

We had a phenomenal experience here to celebrate a birthday. Everything we ordered (cocktails, appetizers, dinner, and dessert) was perfectly prepared. The service was wonderful as well, and they even re-did a steak we had ordered that came out undercooked (and they made us feel comfortable about asking, as I am usually quite shy to send a dish back!). The tasting menu is very worth it for a special occasion or date night and we will definitely be back!

First time visiting and the experience was great! Our waiter was extremely helpful, and kind made sure we didn't have any dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is very nice! They have a magazine of amazing cocktails to choose from, even burbon flights. The food also great, I can't wait to go back and try more things!

Okay took my wife here for her birthday. Can you say Amazing? And yum? First the drinks, Melk Punch & Three's Company (photo #1) Wow, had our server Colin choose for us. Great choices! Second food, again great stuff. Heritage pork chop and Watershed mushroom and Swiss double burger (photo #2 & #3). Then third drinks round 2. Lazy Susan & THE Ohio State Fair (photo #4) both great choices. Finally dessert, Peachs and Cream wow what an amazing array of food and spirits. If you haven't yet you should, reservations a must though, as it got busy after about 6. Totally worth you will not be disappointed, especially if you get Colin. 🤔😉😏😊

Absolutely awesome place. Trendy but not pretentious. Great bourbon flights to choose from and the barrel aged Old Fashioned was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ too!

This was our first visit there and we loved it. A little hard to find at first but well worth the drive around the block. The food was really good as were the fun cocktails. The atmosphere and staff were outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

Modern,sexy vibe. The food is top notch . The chef definitely knows their stuff! Drinks perfectly made. Desserts not my favorite. Had the haystack and cheesecake. Both needed more goodies, cream filling , berries, and whipped topping
