Grand Appliance is awesome! They have competitive prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff to help guide you in making the right decision. They do not use high pressure tactics to force a sale. I have purchased from them for several years and have never been disappointed. Once you are scheduled for the delivery of your purchase, their system is wonderful. It allows you to see where you are in the drivers route, with updates to pinpoint the arrival. That gives you peace of mind so you aren’t just anxiously waiting and wondering when they will arrive. Thank you Ty and Joseph for making this a pain free and pleasant experience!

The staff was very nice and listened to what I wanted. He showed me the newest feature of the frond loading machine being the vent. I love that. I did compare prices and you were lower than the rest and the service was the best. A very nice experience.

It was super easy to order over the phone and they delivered my washing machine two days later. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. From start to finish, everyone was pleasant and professional. We've gone to Grand for several of our appliances since we moved into Kenosha eight years ago and we will definitely keep coming back!

Best prices in town for my new gas range. Ty was my main sales person and was very professional and helpful. All the employees were friendly. They don't pressure you into making a hasty decision nor do they steer you towards products that are not within your preferred budget. The delivery and install prices are slightly less than some of their competitors. Also, $158.00 for a five year warranty is a good deal for peace of mind. I will most certainly return to this store for my future appliance needs.

Very friendly staff that re knowledgeable but not pushy. We narrowed our fridge options down to three, and Ty walked us through our finalists and discussed the pros and cons of each.

I've never had a smoother delivery than I had today with my Grand Appliance delivery. The guys were great, got my new dryer in place, removed my old dryer in no time at all and came back hooked everything up and started it running to make sure everything was a okay. Best ever.

We have always received good service and good prices at Grand Appliance. They have a wide selection of appliances from basic to high end.
When there is a problem they work hard to resolve it. Years ago, we had problems with a washing machine. The problem continued two months after the warranty expired and after repeated repair calls while under warranty. We went in and talked with the manager who replaced the washing machine with a newer model. We’ve been loyal customers ever since.

Grand Appliance is the best! Will buy all of my appliances from them going forward. Craig Brunk's knowledgeable and trustworthy advice helped us pick the perfect appliances for our kitchen. Highly recommend.

Purchased a new dishwasher at Grand Appliance in Kenosha on 11/3/23 and the experience was great from start to finish. Ty was a tremendous help, showing us multiple options, giving time and space to decide and setting up a delivery for just a few days later. This was not our first appliance purchase with Grand and it will definitely not be the last!
