Federal Building and Post Office (Brooklyn)

Went there to get priority mail envelope with prepaid label. The post office worker ( young woman age 25-35) was extremely rude, far from being polite, was talking to her colleague about me like I wasn’t there and making comments like I don’t know myself what do I need , despite me being absolute clear. As a result, post office worker just left and didn’t come back leaving me with nothing. I was shocked!!! Ppl like this should NOT work in such a places if they don’t want to help and do their job. She gave me bad attitude that left being upset for the rest of my day.
This happened to me for the first time, even I was there multiple times and never had any problems of getting service by post office done before. I waited for another postman and it took seconds to get me what I needed. That’s what two stars for.
