The owner, Pavel Rivkin, is knowledgeable about computer hardware and cares deeply about consumer computer security; he has a large stock of miscellaneous components from a variety of old and new computers and computer-controlled equipment, so if you need to repair a component on a circuit board from a rare and expensive peripheral device, go to him.

Mr. Rivkin charges fair and reasonable rates for parts and labor; I for one was surprised at how little he charged for a soldering job and four DIMMs of an old and hard-to-find type of RAM. He loves to comment on what a consumer should look for in a computer and about computer security, and I love the care he shows for the well-being of his customers.

Mr. Rivkin provides great service and knowledge to the realm of home computer repair. He will work with anyone to help provide a repair, upgrade, or even build you a computer, all at very reasonable prices.

We've known him since 2003 and taken several computers in to be fixed. Always nice to see him despite obvious technical issues. We lost touch for a few years and so relieved to find him again. It's hard to trust anyone with your computer and information on it. Thankfully, there are no worries here! Husband additionally happy with cost and quality of service.

This guy was great. Popped in the other day to find out what was wrong with the sound on my computer. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
