Super craft store! An ideal place for all your artistic wants and needs.Great deals and a helpful staff. They can customize fabrics and other materials. Helpful classes are usually offered as well to start a new craft or learn new techniques to enhance your craft skill set. Inquire in store as classes may be affected by covid protocols.

Love this store. Whether are you there for project supplies for your kids. Or really cool stuff to look at and also storage jewelry so many crafts awesome store can't wait to go back. Also going to add the staff it's amazing sweet kind and can't say enough good things about the stuff there at Jo-Ann fabrics.

JOANN always has quality and quantity. This store is super clean and organized. My only sad thing is I'm usually uncomfortable asking for help at this location. I always feel like I'm annoying the associates when asking for a cut of fabric

The staff is literally so nice and makes the experience that much better. One woman helped me figure out what color yarn would match my blanket and the gentleman at the checkout taught me about the coupons!! I will always come here for my crafting needs :)

I love this place. I find everything that I need for every holiday season.

I Decorate the master bedroom, and live the result. Made the home comfortable and lively. The friends are jealous I recomend this place.

*UPDATE* The day after I posted this review, the store manager, Ann, called me. She was extremely professional, apologized, and completely made the situation right, over the phone. She actually went above and beyond correcting the mistake on my receipt. She was excellent. I will happily continue to shop there in the future. Thank you Ann!

The fabric selection is good and I buy a ton of remnants for my business, but I can't tell you how many times they have screwed up at the register and then treat me like I've done something wrong when I say something. Today I was rung up, and when I questioned the total, the lady completely blew me off. She didn't even try to listen to what I was saying. Once I got home, more than 50 minutes away, I looked closely at what I had purchased, then at my receipt and discovered that I was, in fact, correct. She had made a mistake entering in the remnants I bought. I called because I do live pretty far away and couldn't just dash back over there. The first time I called, someone picked up, said nothing and hung up. Off to a great start! I called back and spoke to Sarah. She was immediately condescending and defensive, then took no responsibility by saying "well it wasn't me, I just got on shift!" It's fine that she was not the one who made the mistake, but for her to also blew me off just totally set the precedent for the call.
Here's the thing, we're only talking about a few bucks, it will cost me more in gas to get back there and have them fix the mistake, but it's the fact that this happens often and they always act the same. They screw up and then act like they are doing you a favor by fixing it. They are condescending and rude, when they are the ones who made the mistake.
I feel like I have little choice as they are one of the few fabric shops around.

But, I would not have been able to experience this store and all it has to offer without her suggestion. This is the most creative fabric store, I have been shopping here since I was 16 years old, I am now 62 and a grandmother, even taught my grand-daughter a few tips about sewing. I begin designing my own clothes at the age of 16, my Mom taught me how to sew, I begin to make my own clothes and even made dresses for her. Joann Fabrics is the place to go for those creative ideas you may have. There's always beautiful fabrics for all seasons, make sure you stop by Joann Fabrics on Northlake Blvd, Ann ( the store manager ) is such a wonderful person and so helpful. There coupons are a great help as well. Sign up for there emails so you can get those coupons. They do come in handy for small or large purchases. Happy Sewing!

Joann Fabrics is an excellent place to get Christmas Gifts. My grand kids love craft projects. This store has fantastic coupons, to make the deals even better. Plus, they have a nice selection of items, other than fabrics. Went here the other day with my son to get a piece of ribbon to fix a chair. The project fell through, but it was a fun time with family.

Northlake location is exceptional. The staff is very helpful and interactive. The store is organized superbly! This location is stocked with things you sometimes cant even find online. I live In Lake worth but drive to Northlake just for the same reason

THE go to place for almost 100% of all of my DIY projects! Great variety, as well as friendly and helpful service! The staff usually had an answer for any prohect question, and is well-versed in a variety of different crafting skills! I'm re-upholstering a chair for the first time ever, and the staff was very knowledgeable and answered any and all of my questions.

Always a good time at Jo-Ann! The store is well-organized, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and I love that there's always coupons in the app and email! Such a big yarn department, too! 😍
