I have never had a bad experience at this location but the A/C has been out for way to long! It is not okay for your employees. You should have it fix soon or some how make it a little more comfortable for them and us your customers! It gets very busy sometimes and waiting 10 minutes in there you are sweating.

The cashier was very pleasant ☺. Very clean environment and bathroom as well. I was able to get some liquors . You can also find Cardi B's whipshots here! I purchased 3 flavors. So far, my favorite is pepper mint.

I just learned that they have wine tastings nearly every day throughout the month! Claudine was super informative ... and REALLY passionate about the wines! (she was a great advisor overall 😊)

Fritz always makes store is so clean and he always helps me load up my car. He is the best employee I have come across in any store. I take the hour long drive just for the service. I recommend this store to all my family and friends. Love you fritz!

Really nice store, first time, it has what you need to get your party going!! You have all the bottles at your sigh level so you can take a better close look if you are not sure what you are drinking!!

Pretty clean store and fair prices!!

Never had an issue here, seems well stocked and they have been polite. I had one instance when an employee tried to be helpful beyond her knowledge, but it was not an issue. Prices are reasonable and they always have what I want cold. Good location next to I-95.

Always a pleasant experience

I haven’t even gone into the store yet I called because of course I’m a last minute shopper on Christmas Eve and Cynthia was so nice to me on the phone I just had to hang up and leave a review! It’s the small things that count and people don’t understand that, a simple welcoming tone on the phone goes a long ways!!!

Good prices. Friendly staff. I wish there was a location closer to me in West Palm Beach. Great selection of vodka, wines and beer. Plus other liquors. And they do have some mixers.

I have been having a horrible time trying to move. I went into the store to try and see if they could get me some of the drinks I fell in love with but for some reason discontinued everywhere in Florida besides in Jacksonville. I was assisted by Drew who was able to get this for me. The Jacksonville regional manager brought a case from Orlando and his regional manager brought it to the store. He said if it wasn't there soon after the manager came back from Orlando he would get the managers location and get it himself. I thanked him for the courtesy but said I would wait. He kept in contact with me the whole time and was more than helpful. He remembered me when I walked in and had it all ready for me. A plus service!!!

Great selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they run promotions that are great. Sometimes they have a 50 cent beer cart that is a hodge podge of various beers - I've tried (and loved) many new beers through that sale!

The staff are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. The selection is extensive. There is a wine cellar where it appears you can store your own wine in a climate controlled environment. There is even a return policy in case you do not like what you purchased!

Love the selection, always good prices on the things that I like.
