The staff is always very friendly. Very helpful, the car wash is great. I always have a great experience

I have been going to the Concord SunMart for the last 30 years. I know it wasn't SunMart all of those years. They built the car wash. I've been going there ever since.
Nice wash. I get the works, clean the tires, underneath cleaning and WAX !
The last few times I've been there which is weekly, I've noticed the windows not beeding up from the WAX. I went inside and the attendent gave me another car wash.
I just attemped to get another one. NO WAX ! I went in and told the same attendent
(blond spicky hair) that theres no wax again. He told me the windows never beeded up and I didnt know what I was talking about. He told me " IF YOU DON"T LIKE IT LEAVE" I asked for the owners name/phone number. He said "I dont know just leave" People/ customers were standing there and watching. This is not right !
I hope the owner of this Concord Sunmart reads this and replies to me. I'm done after 30 years...
