My shopping experience was great! The store was fully stocked crowded with just about every register opened and I was able to get in and out!

Great store to shop at. Great selection,good prices and a clean organized place to shop. Prices are reasonable. Will be shopping there in the future.

Pick up service is awesome. Very convenient. Associates are always fast and friendly.
Highly recommend for those items you may have forgotten from your weekly shopping trips.

I enjoy shopping at Target, it has items I can’t find at other stores. The new normal, now at all stores is a few open check out lanes with long wait times, so my only option is self checkout. I’m old fashioned, but shopping is learning about new items, picking something up, and bringing it home. Not looking on line and waiting 2-3 days for it to arrive. Small businesses have no choice but to leave, and even the big chains are struggling, so shopping atTarget is keeping it open and enjoy the experience. There, I got it off my chest.

I use the pick up service and my orders are always accurate!

I always love shopping at MY target store (Mentor). I live in kirtland but prefer the Mentor location. The cashier's are fantastic and the store leaders are fantastic at getting the lines down quickly. The associates are kind and the product selection is large! Not even get me started on the target circle rewards. ;)

The store was a mess with merchandise knocked on the floor and crammed on shelves. Looked like either a tornado went thru or they were way overstocked. We found what we needed. Steve our cashier was super nice and personable.

Vendrix helped my partner and I save money on our new Switch, gave us great recommendations, and was so kind and compassionate!! They are a wonderful human. We just wanted to let y’all know! Thanks again Hendrix!!!

I loved going through the clothes isle. It was like a snapshot in time that shows the barbarity of people. Everything you see on the floor was thrown there, not by staff, but by YOU, the customer! It was a great reminder to not be trashy and clean up after yourselves.

After the holidays, the lines are very short during the weekdays. The staff is also very friendly and busy keeping the store looking good.

I love the many entrance area with a traffic light. Food restaurants surrond the store. Clean parking lot and store. Neat racks and no clothes on the floor. Prices are clearly marked on signs. The carts wheel easily every ti.e I went there to shop. A very nice assortment of items. This goes for food and other merchandise.

I had an issue involving a probable customer error. Despite my hostile demeanor, the guy charged with dealing with irate customers kept his composure and helped me resolve my issue.

...In retrospect, I think was treated better than I deserved to be treated and for that I am grateful.

I always find what I'm looking for here. Sometimes it can be a bit pricey but otherwise it's always a positive experience.

As always I find things I didn't go in to Target for😊 But I am unhappy that the small and medium sizes were gone in most of the clothing department. There were clothes all over the floor. Same with the shoe department. I walked away. Not totally Target's fault (come on people) but I was disappointed.

I am an avid target shopper. This is by far one of the best kept targets. The employees seem to care, everything always seems clean and organized. It's always pretty easy to find what you're looking for. I have had to ask for help a few times finding random items and the workers have always dropped what they're doing to walk me to the item. It's a nice little touch that I haven't seen other stores do. The workers there are great!

Susan at the customer service desk is very hard working and always positive. She is always very quick to answer my questions or help with any problems. Great experiences with her as one of your employees!

Extreme care during senior hours!! Greeter giving clear directions and help. So kind! Everything wiped down. Phenomenal system!!! Cashier performed to textbook standards!! Kudos to all!!! I felt very safe!
