Kohl's

We were there the day after x mas. The return line was wrapped around an aisle and looked intimidating. Same with the Amazon line. The lines moved very fast and I didn't see one unhappy customer at all. The front end of the store had registers open and waiting and they even have self scanners. We were in and out of there it was nice. The store was clean and things were in order following a very busy couple weeks. Kudos to the employees !

Good deals and nice products at Kohls in Mentor. I had a hard time finding big girl Sox. Barbie was a great help. She took us to two locations in the store. Asked if we needed anything else and turned me on to more deals for my Granddaughter! Thank you Barbie!!

It was my first time here! I will go back! They have a large selection of clothes,kitchen,bath products and much more. I enjoyed shopping for all of the deals and bargains that Kohl's offers!!

Today, my whole shopping experience at Kohls was a breeze. a clerk helped me find correct sizes; another clerk offered to help me at the self check-out. Both ladies were extremely personable, it made my day!

I was looking for a specific item for an early Christmas gift. A checkout associate, Tammy, went back in the stockroom and found it for me! And she was wearing a “boot” on her foot from an injury, which made me doubly appreciative of her effort! I left as a very happy grandma.

My local Kohl's just added self-checkout registers. Instead of waiting in a very long line today, I completed my transaction (which included using Kohl's cash and two discount codes) in less than five minutes!

Appreciate the hard work of the Associates at Kohls. Store always looks clean and organized. They are always willing to help. Great Retail Example.

Get rid of all those mark down racks, they have been there long enough and make the store look trashy. Clothes all over the floor, falling of hangers, they have been there long enough. Why not donate to homeless!k

The store was busy with everybody christmas Shopping, the check outlines went fairly fast. The cashier was very nice, friendly, courteous and helpful.

Amazon return was so awesome. Very friendly and line moves quickly.

Black Friday shopping! Place was clean and well stocked. The check out lines where long, but moved fast. So many cute items. Sales were so good, I got myself a queen size sherpa fleece comforter from UGG for about $80! So hard to get out of bed now. Lol

Between the kohl's cash and kohl's discount for using kohl's card my transaction was almost free on my kohl's credit card and then the cashier suggested I pay the card off right then and there.
The cashier was bright and very efficient.

The sales team was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely go back. Good deals too.

I LIKE KOHL'S THEY HAVE AWESOME CLOTHES FOR ALL OF THE FAMILY. TODAY I BOUGHT A PURSE AND I JUST LOVE IT.

2022...I love their petite clothes section. Quality name brands that I love. The store is clean but customers have made a mess of it. No one can fold or hang up what they looked at on a table or rack. Very helpful employees. Not enough workers for sloppy customers. Good deals. I do love all the 1970 look that just came out. Colorful prints. Flashback to Sr. School year. Hahaha 2022 Store was looking better while Christmas shopping. Maybe more help to catch up from messy shoppers. I pick up and fold what I find on floor. 2023 Sephora Make up area has caused my favorite petite sizes to have less floor space. Clean floors and neater than last year. Nice neighborhood this place is located in. The store is still the same a year later. Nice there is no self checkout.....yet.

The Mentor Kohl's always has whatever I am looking for. The staff is friendly and the store is well organized.
