Dunkin'

We come here a few times a week after our run to grab coffee and occasionally a bite to eat.
The coffee is always hot and delicious.
The staff is fantastic and always greets us by name.
I highly recommend this location.

I received excellent service today I ordered a latte and I got it cold but I wanted it hot and the team member whose name I didn’t get graciously remade it for me. Thank you so much I really appreciate it. Just another reason to love this location.

The drive thru is their only downfall, if they had more space to expand that then they would be perfect. Other than that the staff is fantastic, they always have items in stock, and are quick despite how busy they are!! Glad this is my neighborhood Dunkin!!

I have been going to this Dunkin for 3 years every day with my dog. Of course they spoil my dog. The customer service staff goes beyond customer service. I feel like family. Me and my dog love it here!!

"America Runs on Dunkin" for sure at this location. Great service - friendly workers - great coffee and fresh treats.
We ordered at the drive thru...fast and convenient. Our coffees came with a smile from the cordial young man at the window. The donuts were very fresh and yummy. The avacado toast was delicious with a side of snakin bacon. All in all a great experience!

But no salted caramel latte, love those

I go through Dunkin Donuts drive thru in Mentor almost daily. There is a staff member, Tara, that is an exceptional young lady. She ALWAYS has a smile and is very mannerly and extremely happy when I pick up my food.
That really makes my day! She should get a raise for her great customer service.

I truly enjoy my morning "order on the go". Staff is very friendly & personable. They call you by name & often remember what you like to order when not using order on the go. I've stopped at others in Mentor, they are very cold & sour faces. I plan my day so to go to

Where do I begin? The team here at MOL Dunkin’ far surpasses the expectations I have ever put on any fast food or quick drive-thru location. The team always made my coffee correct, their attitudes were infectious and it was always a pleasure with each team member I came in contact with. This team got through a pandemic and did it with class. I would highly recommend this location, not only because the coffee is great, but because the customer experience is FANTASTIC. I MISS YOU ALL! (Medium cold brew 2 creams, 2 French vanilla lady here!)

I get dunkin’ from this one almost every day and i love it. I got into there coffee over the summer when people I knew would let me have some because I was tried. And I started getting it. I get a large caramel with 4 & 4. I love it!!

To me, DD has the best coffee and selection of donuts.Always held to a high standard. Plenty of parking. We need DD in Hillsboro, Ohio.
